Many problems with this company and the products they sell and install. This is our third central vac system. The units we had in other houses were excellent. This is the worst company, service and product we have encountered. they require full payment before any work is started. That should have been sufficient warning to stay away. After the system was roughed in and when final installation began, we were told that some of the roughed-in wiring had been cut and we would have to pay $250 for a remote control starter to operate the kickplate in the kitchen. Also, while installing the kick plate, cabinet trim was damaged and the installers attempted to hide the damage. We refused to pay for a remote and eventually the owner agreed to install the remote so that the system would work. By then I was ready to have the whole system removed. Communication with this company is an uphill battle. Calls are not returned, no one seems to be able to provide answers. As for the product, the hose is designed to retract into the wall. The switch to turn on the unit is located behind the hose and hard to reach and operate. Additionally, the hose does not retract without manual assistance. We have also experienced problems with the sweeper wand. Rather than buying this product and dealing with this company, it would be better to care for our floors with a corn broom. Avoid Chattanooga Central Vacuum!

Great folks! I was DIY'ing a central vacuum system, and found them by chance. The ladies in the office were super helpful, and I came out with all the parts, pieces and piping that I needed to finish my Central Vac install. Pricing was excellent as well!

Poor business practices. Two representatives of the company came to my house and attempted to install a used vacuum system as a new unit. Called the company two different times asking to speak to the manager about the matter and was told they were out. Including another time when I went to the store and pay the $120 service bill, I asked to see the manager and was told they were out. Poor way of doing business.
