I had damaged a skid plate on the under carriage of my automobile and it was dragging. I stopped at the Jiffy Lube, the gentleman who greeted me saw the problem. I asked if he would take a look to see if it could be fixed. I pulled in and they started working on fixing it. While one was repairing the plate another was checking my fluids and added wind shield fluid. If you don't have a regular auto care provider, I suggest you check out Jiffy Lube. The shop is very clean, they are courteous, and willing to help you anyway they can.

This is a family owned business. I appreciated the care with which they handled an issue with my vehicle's filter housing and made sure everything was ok with my car. Its very hard to find a good business that cares about the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend using this company for your vehicle oil changes and other services they offer.

Exceptional service! We came in for a quick oil change and ended up getting a few other services as well. While the oil change was underway, another team member went the extra mile and cleaned all our windows, including the windshield—such a pleasant surprise! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend supporting this fantastic local business!

Just called for oil change quote on a Toyota Tacoma and the guy sounded annoyed right from the start because he said he had to get out of the bay, I tried to stop him to see if I needed to call back but it seemed he layed the phone down and couldn't hear me asking, he did this several times when I tried to ask questions, he did quote me 2 prices but when I asked about the price of the full synthetic of $99 he snapped at me and when I asked what his name was he would not say and after asking a couple of times he hung up on me. I tried calling back several times but he wouldn't answer the phone. Based on his attitude and treatment of me ( a potential customer) I will never do business with you, also if this is a representation of your business, you should be ashamed.

We take all our Alexian Shuttles/Car's here for Oil Service and we're extremely happy with the service we receive.
I'd like to add the owner and son keep this place cleaner than anywhere I've ever seen.

I have used Chattanooga Quick Lube for years and they are great! Today’s experience definitely deserved 5 stars. My car battery died before entering the car bay and the employees came out in the pouring rain to help move my car inside and jump the battery. Really appreciate the extra attention to their customers!
