Just called for oil change quote on a Toyota Tacoma and the guy sounded annoyed right from the start because he said he had to get out of the bay, I tried to stop him to see if I needed to call back but it seemed he layed the phone down and couldn't hear me asking, he did this several times when I tried to ask questions, he did quote me 2 prices but when I asked about the price of the full synthetic of $99 he snapped at me and when I asked what his name was he would not say and after asking a couple of times he hung up on me. I tried calling back several times but he wouldn't answer the phone. Based on his attitude and treatment of me ( a potential customer) I will never do business with you, also if this is a representation of your business, you should be ashamed.

We take all our Alexian Shuttles/Car's here for Oil Service and we're extremely happy with the service we receive.
I'd like to add the owner and son keep this place cleaner than anywhere I've ever seen.

I have used Chattanooga Quick Lube for years and they are great! Today’s experience definitely deserved 5 stars. My car battery died before entering the car bay and the employees came out in the pouring rain to help move my car inside and jump the battery. Really appreciate the extra attention to their customers!

These guys are organized, fast, and professional operation far beyond the norm. They really know what they are dong. For example just changed the fuel filter on my diesel truck. Take all family's vehicles here for years. Other quick oil change places have some teenage goobers who do not know what they are doing.Services: Transmission

I have used these guys for two and half years solid servicing my 4 cars. I am a huge supporter of small business. They are always great. However, my last service a week ago was for my Miata. Just an oil change with 4.5 qts of MobileOne Synthetic totaled $163. Called JiffyLube just a block away, same service $109 including tax. I get inflation, cost of doing business etc. But a $54 difference (33%) Is unjustifiable. Sadly I won’t be returning.ADDED: IN RESPONSE TO OWNER BELOW:Thank you so very much for your response. I do very much enjoy your service and talking cars. Truly great service. However I feel even when you note an $87.40 in house full synth oil change price it makes the MobileOne more questionable. Even though you do not purchase in bulk, I still cannot see the justification for a price difference of $75.60 for just oil cost alone. Unless you are charging a 100%+ mark up on just the oil, which has to be the case as your invoice noted $104 for oil cost when you can purchase that 5 qt container of MobileOne Full Synth for $40 anywhere.Service: Oil change

Most unknown mom and pop (mostly pop) place in town. Would never use the big names. I trust these guys implicitly and they are quick and efficient with a reasonable price.

These guys run an organized, fast, we professional operation far beyond the norm. They’re friendly and comprehensive and — what I appreciate most — consistent. They make the chore of car maintenance into something trivially easy and quick. No extra sales pressure, no bribing for good reviews. Appreciate y’all.
