I am so grateful for this center. It took a while for me to find somewhere my son felt comfortable. Also, the hours and days open are so important. Other daycares close too frequently. I am truly thankful for Diamond and all the staff wonderful staff here.

My son has been in this facility since he was two months old. This location has changed directors since he was first enrolled, however, the care for him has never changed. He has learned so much and the teachers there care for him so much! Now, my son is 2 and he knows the sounds that each letter makes, can recognize his numbers, kmows over 300 words, knows all of his colors, is currently potty training and can state his name and age clearly. I am grateful, as development is so important to us! We appreciate you CCN! <3

My kids both started off at No daycare, and after starting at CN they have blossomed Into smart little humans, always taken care of and the staff goes over and beyond and treats them as if they were their own! Hopefully I won’t have anymore kids but if I do this will be their daycare provider for sure

The best daycare hands down. It’s very close to my job, the staff are very friendly and treat my daughter like their own. My daughter has learned a lot being at Childcare network. She has been there since she was 6 weeks and she is 1 now! The best decision I ever made!!

My son has been with this ChildCare Network since he was 4 months old! We absolutely love every one. One of our favorite things about this location...the teachers are consistent and LOVE our boy! The same teachers have worked here since he started 5 years ago and they are all his favorites! We will be so sad to leave for kindergarten. I HIGHLY recommend!!

They cared for my child since she was an infant and she started school knowing how to read and above grade level. The level of care they provided to my daughter was exceptional. The staff is very communicative and my daughter loves all of her teachers. As a first-time parent they welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable leaving my daughter in their care. I even had my coworker enroll her daughter and she loved it. We had one medical emergency (due to my daughter being ill; no fault of the staff) and their quick response and notification kept me calm and they checked on us frequently until my daughter returned. Had they not been so alert to notice her symptoms I might not have had a favorable outcome. I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. Trust me, they will take care of your child as well as they did mine.

This was my first daycare experience with any of my children and it has been amazing. The Director, Ms.Shanika and staff are very professional and truly care for children. I enjoyed the family festivities that were hosted over the years and the open line of communication the staff maintained. The facility is maintained and overall there is a great atmosphere. I feel like my child has always been in safe hands. She enjoyed her daycare experience during the time that she was there. The staff assisted with her being potty trained and her little personality flourished. She has shown remarkable growth in maturity, social skills and milestones in learning. Now she is off to Preschool this year. I recommend this daycare to any parent who is looking for childcare for their children. Thank you Childcare Network #168 for providing excellent care for my child.

It's teacher appreciation week and I just want to say thank you to all staff my child has been apart since my daughter was a year old. She is currently with Ms. Regina who has been a great teacher helping me get her ready for Pre-k! Keep being great and I hope you all have a great rest of the week!

It has been a blessing to have found Childcare Network! The love and care her teachers, Ms. Jane and Ms.Shane as been unmatched. She has grown and learned so much within the last couple of months because of her teachers and her environment. Thank you for all you do for our daughter.

I'm shocked that this place has such a high rating. It was okay the first few months my daughter went here, she seemed to enjoy her classmates and everyone was friendly to both of us. The only part I can't get over is the event that lead us to leave this daycare. Apparently, while the teacher was doing diaper changes, two little boys ganged up on my daughter and started hitting her with blocks. I would have understood if she got a couple of little bruises because kids are kids and accidents happen. But when my daughter came home with 15-20 bruises up and down her entire back, i was horrified. That's not just a few seconds of being distracted by a diaper changed, that's toddlers being left unsupervised long enough to strike my two year daughter over a dozen times. If the teacher has to change diapers, there should be someone else in the room watching the children. There should be NO EXCUSE for this happening to her. I almost went to the police because I was so livid, but nothing ever works out in my favor, so i decided not to bother. She did not return after this incident, and I have been scared to send her to ANY daycare because of this. I hope other families are more fortunate and never have to deal with this horrible situation.

My nearly 2-year old daughter has attended Childcare Network since she was 8 months old and we have had nothing but great experiences. She has been learning so many new skills and been exposed to other children and adults. Her teachers are absolute saints who are always happy to see her and share a kind word. The facility is clean, safe, and convenient to our home and workplaces in downtown Chattanooga.The motto for Childcare Network is "The Working Parents' Best Friend" and it is so true because the center is rarely closed (even though they deserve many more holidays!) and is open earlier/later than most other daycares. My husband and I rarely have to arrange for alternate child care. It is such a joy to see the staff every day!

The director and staff here are amazing. My children love going to this school & their teachers & you can tell that the staff really care & love them as well. I recommend Childcare Network on E 3rd to every parent i see looking for childcare.
