I went before they were closing. They said they were out of Carne Asada steak, lettuce and sour cream. So I was very dissatisfied. The worker that rung up the food was very nice and interacting. The worker that made my food (younger, very less melanin, woman) was nervous and scary like she thought I was going to do something to her bc of my melanin. I just need good communication. That's it ??♀️

The entire dining room floor was covered in trash, counter where you received your food was covered in food debris. The worst is when I watched an employee make a taco off the line, eat it in the food prep area, then went back to prepping food.. HE NEVER CHANGED HIS GLOVES AFTER EATING. I threw my food away and left.

The dirtiest chipotle I have ever been to by far. They gave literally no rice and meat I have never had a chipotle bowl look so small ever. And definitely not a baby/kid friendly location, the high chairs were disgusting with caked on rice and food along with the tables and chairs.

I placed an order through the Mobile App. Both bowls had several toppings that were supposed to go on them; however, all that came on them were the meat, rice, beans, and queso. Contacted customer support regarding this issue and they ended the conversation after rewarding me with 2 free drinks and a BOGO which was never accredited to my account.

I had the pleasure of visiting Chipotle recently and I must take a moment to applaud three outstanding employees who made my experience truly memorable. A huge shoutout to Ashish, Ace, and Ana for going above and beyond to ensure my visit was nothing short of fantastic.Ana's exceptional management skills and quick thinking resolved the issues I had with my online order, easing away the anxiety I was feeling. Thanks to her, I was able to enjoy my favorite quesadilla meal in-store despite it being an online exclusive.Ace's warm and genuine demeanor while taking and preparing my order made me feel incredibly valued as a customer. His friendly approach truly added a personal touch to my dining experience.Lastly, I would like to mention Ashish, who made sure that every detail was taken care of, from ensuring my order was correctly bagged to processing my payment accurately. They rarely ever get my order, correct, despite the ingredients of which I request being clearly on the label outside of the dish. Horrible customer service I’ve had my food thrown at me going to the drive-through by an employee there. To be fair I have kept going back several times just to see if it was one or two bad people, but the horrible customer service and getting my orders wrong Seems to be pretty consistent with this location, it’s never a problem with any of the other locations around

Consistently the worst Chipotle location by far. Nearly ever single order I've ever gotten to go has been completely wrong in some way. If you're using the drive up window to pick up, workers frequently ignore you for extended lengths of time.Make the drive to Hixson if you really want Chipotle, but remember Salsaritas and Moe's aren't too far either...

They got both my boyfriends order and my order wrong. They left things off, however they didn’t forget to add someone’s hair into our food :) definitely never going back to this chipotle. Completely disgusting and unacceptable.

TaShaun provided me with excellent customer service tonight! I had ordered pick up through the Chipotle lane. BUT! I didn’t choose the correct pick up location. I was at the East Brainerd store and had it set for the Hixson store. He got me my food and didn’t make me go all the way to the other store….. very satisfied….

Wow, I can't believe I'm having to write such a horrible review, but it is what it is. Visited this location on 1/22/24 for dinner and had a horrible experience which I blame on poor restaurant management mostly.You would think arriving at nearly 5:00 PM would mean the staff was prepped and ready for a dinner crowd even on a Monday, but that wasn't the case. There was plenty of staff on hand, I'll give them that, but at 5:00 PM, they should be fully stocked and ready with all food items cooked and ready to serve immediately for guess in the line, with more in the wings ready to go. That was not the case.Chicken wasn't available (still being cooked), fajita fixings were not available (still being cooked), and the food items that were "ready" looked very tired and droopy. I had to wait over 5 minutes for the items I wanted on my burrito to finish cooking and be delivered to the serving counter. When I voiced my displeasure about having to wait so long, the manager actually said if I didn't like it, I could leave. That infuriated me even more.Also, the location had only one working bathroom that both men and women had to use, and there was no toilet paper available, even after I informed them more rolls were needed in the room.The drink station and adjacent counter where paper goods and napkins are located was a disaster as well. It was obvious that no one cared what the dining room area looked like with trash all over the floor, tables which were filthy, etc.Having worked in restaurants in the past, I blame all this on bad, bad management of the location. Good managers would never let things get this bad, especially on a busy dinner-time day. Someone needs to seriously look into what's happening here before all the customers go elsewhere.

We've tried to give this location several chances for its convenience sake but can safely say we won't come back. The food is never fresh (either burnt or undercooked). We used to live in TX and would frequent Chipotle but this is just a totally different experience. The staff was incredibly rude- mainly a young blonde girl. She charged me $1.70 to add on a bag of chips and gave me a kid bag with 5 chips inside. They didn't give us the chocolate milk with kids meal we paid for and once we brought it up, she rolled her eyes as if we were lying and said "I'm not gonna argue, here". Such a shame chipotle is a good chain but this location is miserable everytime.

Food was good. Portions were huge. Staff was friendly enough. What concerns me is the restaurant was filthy. Dried rice on the glass divider that had Obviously been there awhile. No one was wiping up spills. Floor was filthy. Beverage area needed attention. Seemed like quite a few people working but none cleaning.Went at noon on a weekday and it was not busy at all. Disappointed.
