“I relocated to the neighborhood where the sanctuary is and intended to visit a few churches to find where I felt comfortable. I attended Brainerd first at the encouragement of my pastor of the church neighborhood I left. I haven't found a need to go anywhere else. I love the fact that I can do the eight thirty service in a sanctuary. They also have a more contemporary younger service.In the b x crossroads, for those that show up at eleven o'clock. A life groups i've attended are appropriate by age and life stage. I am happy to be at this church and call it my own.”

“I want to start my review off by first bringing attention to the reviews highlighting that their first time visiting the church yielded disappointment. I do not believe these views are valid. I say that due to those claiming to be unsatisfied are coming from a place of a self centered viewpoint. I cannot accept that this church would turn a cheek or eye to those entering through their doors. I also want to bring attention to those highlighting how the Pastor chooses to present himself. Every church operates in a manner that suites them, and makes them the most comfortable when addressing their audience. I hope the not so great reviewers find their belonging in whichever church they choose to be a part of.
I now move to my main purpose of leaving my review…I have been riddled with heavy burdens my entire life. That consisting of regret, resentment towards myself, and grief. I have longed for a community to be surrounded by genuine love and compassion. I have tried many times over to find the church for me and one that my family can be a part of as well. My husband and I researched churches since relocating back to Tennessee, and I know whole heartedly I have found my church with Rock Point.
The messages are beautifully spoken and well explained too. I sincerely thank you as a church for being authentic and one of a kind. The last bit I want to share is humbly asking to be contacted so that I may share something that is very dear to my heart regarding a service I am moved to provide. It would mean the world to me in sharing it. My contact information should be online attached to the small group I signed up for.

“We have been attending redback church of Christ for about a year now. We have really enjoyed the welcoming and family environment. Tommy the minister is very energeticng to listen to. The latino services are excellent in the church. There's a very active church with many home schoolers too. I recommend checking this church out it has been wonderful for us.”

They always have a blended musical experience of the classic hymns to the latest contemporary styled music. Pastor Tommy brings a relevant, lively message that is brought straight from God's Word. He speaks from his heart and is very understandable. This is such a loving, unified church family that you will feel right at home.”

“I was released from federal prison. October 12 2012. They have halfway house for federal inmates released from prison. I was given 6 months half house. The people working there was good. The food was pretty good. We couldn’t have cell phone and we had to fill out a form to leave to go look for a job. I stayed there 2 month. I was allowed to go home and stay . I had 3 weeks to find a job or I would have to return and stay until I found a job. They fitted me with GPS ankle bracelet. Needless to say I found a job. I had to pay 25% of my weekly paycheck for the remaining time I had at halfway house. I had to drive to Chattanooga every Wednesday to take drug test and pay for my bed that I didn’t sleep in, I’m thankful they have a place that offers someone another opportunity to turn there life around .. anyway I have nothing but respect for those working to help someone make right a wrong or just some misfortune in there life.. good people”
