This guy that you have working here right now needs to be put in management.
I have not received customer service at this level in almost 30 years.
As a hiring manager of over 20 years, this man right here is the guy that I would hire on the spot regardless of his experience.
Sure, you might be able to train everybody to do a job, but very few will do it correctly, and with a good attitude. Those people, do it without training. That's who you have right here.
Don't turn a blind eye to this man and let him slip away.

I was trying to fill up at the pump. However one pump wouldn't work. It kept turning off after only $3 was put in. Then I went to another pump. Same thing happened. Very inconvenient. Especially when I'm using a rental car and trying to get to the drop off on time.

First off, let's start with there was an employee yelling and cussing in the store. Very unprofessional. Next, let's discuss the bathroom door saying they're going to be close from 9 PM to 6 AM every day. As someone that has a household that spends. Around a $150 a day on gas and needs to have access to bathrooms all hours of the day and night. We will not be shopping here again after today unless the bathrooms will be open 24/7 again. Also no bathrooms also mean you CAN NOT sell hot food during those hours because to sell hot food you must have a bathroom by law.

Always closed during rush hour to go home, or never can get help besides thru self check out due to cashier attendees not wanting to work. Poor location, honestly worst than Brainerd location.

Circle k is a nice place especially this one, the girl who works 3rd shift during the week is awesome I love coming into see her there , she has great customer service & is always nice and smiling! The store looks great now compare to what it was looking like a couple months ago , I’m also glad management has changed for the better! Keep doing a great job!

Seems like almost every weekend there's something "wrong" inside this store and it has to have a sign hanging on the door saying they are temporary closed. Like today a sign saying the "internet" is down. Funny the internet is down and the store needs to be closed but the gas pumps work perfectly fine.There's hardly ever any problems during the week. Just seems funny it's always on the weekend.

As I normally stop at the circle k on Ashland Terrace, I sometimes have to stop at the store on hixson pike that sits across from Krystals. As of today, I made my last visit here for non of the cashier's were wearing face coverings and most of the customers were not wearing them either. In a time like now when protocols are put in place for a reason but then you have folks that think this is imposing on their rights. Come on people, help stop the spread and be a solution instead of a problem.
