I am so livid. I usually get good service here for my girls but not today. My 17 yr old went in to get acrylic French tip toes and French tip nails. She’s a model she needs a clean set. They refused to do acrylic toes. They said it cost to much. Ok but I’m the one paying. So they did gel. It was mid. Definitely not straight and clean. I’ve been to nails salons for 25 years. They are capable of better work. Her finger nails they did not add a tip cause they said it was healthier that way. Did she ask for healthy? No she asked for acrylics. So they ended up charging her $130 for something I could have done at home. I feel they took advantage of her. And definitely did not give her what she asked for. This is the work I would expect on a younger child. When I called they said the only thing they could do was repaint them. Repainting them would not even fix what she asked for. My daughter is horrified at this point any doesn’t want to go back in. The manager also said he would not do acrylics on the toes. So now I have to take her to another salon, pay more money and get her acrylic toes. I didn’t go in with her cause I’m handicap and pulling the wheelchair out can be difficult. I’m use to them doing out standing work so I didn’t even think this would happen. My girls spend lots of money to get their nails looking like they want them and I Definitely not be going back.

My pedicure is always with Tom who is amazing in his treatment, gentle care, preciseness with troublesome toenails and kind. He always carefully adjusts the pedicure chair and is concerned that the water temperature is right for me. He provides bottled water, massages my calves with a special mixture for dry skin and after the pedicure he helps put on my shoes with once again, kindness and gentleness. He is a valued employee!
Requested style: Tom always does a phenomenal pedicure!
Julie, the assistant manager , has been taking care of my problem nails for many years. She is amazing as a manicurist; I have a manicure every week!
Cleanliness: Salon is clean and very personable. Comfortable seating area as well as an area for drying pedicures and manicures.

I always request Nancy when I go to have a Pedicure. However, my wife and daughters go here as well and use other techs. Great salon and Nancy is 10 stars every time! I highly recommend them!
