Branch Manager, blonde hair, ..wife drove 45 min to bring her recently deceased father's death certificate , and all proper documentation, to check her Dad's account. Blonde hair branch manager told her rudely we close in 15 min. Did not help her.

I have banked with CFCU for 12 years now. I live part of my year abroad and they are the best about juggling my schedule and helping me when there is an issue. The debit card department is hands down the best team of women I have ever been in contact with.

The staff at COMTRUST Federal CU are always pleasant and courteous. I've been banking with them for over 15 years and the service is always top notch.

This place is a joke. They put a $500 limit on your card and aren't open on Saturdays like every other bank. Plus there's always something wrong with the system. Dont bank here go somewhere else

Well if you want your money safe. Do not use Comtrust. Back in February 2016 My husband and I were supposed to get our tax refund. According to the IRS it made it to the bank on the 27th. However did not show in my account... so I called Comtrust and they shrugged it off and said I needed to go through the IRS. No offer to help me locate where the money was. Well after talking to the IRS and going back and forth with Comtrust and the VP of Comtrust I still do not have my money. Now I will own up to my mistake bc I did mistype my account number when I efiled..... however once notifying the credit union only 4 days after the money was supposed to be there, I was offered no help in locating it. All of this could have been solved after I noticed the issue and notified the credit union. But no that did not happen. Now here I am 2 years later and Comtrust has stolen money from me bc they refuse to fix this mistake. They have told me multiple times that money will not go into an account if the names do not match but yet my refund all too easily disappeared into someone else's account. Might I also add that while dealing with this I went to Comtrust to set up direct deposit for my husbands checks. Now he is not on the account and they told me that money would not be able to go into my account bc of that. Funny bc my husband gave his work my account info and low and behold 4 days later his check went right in to the account. So do not trust this place with your money. I always said this would never happen to me but guess what I trusted the wrong credit union.

My mother went in for a bank statment print-off .They not only made it seem like such an incoviance for them but, they tried shoo her beforehand. Seems the tellers here would rather talk then provide simple customer service.

Excellent people, fast, friendly, efficient. Reasonable rates. Very helpful when you have issues, especially if you treat them with a modicum of respect. I have had an account there for over forty seven years, not going anywhere. Nate, you must be the kind of person everybody advises that "everyone makes the place better, some by staying, some by going.....just saying.

Worst bank I have EVER dealt with, I had several payments coming out and bought gasoline which cause a hold and brought me 3$ short of the funds needed I have banked here for over 10 years and lately all they care about is money and customer service is terrible every time you call they will put you on hold for minutes at a time. In the 10 years I was able to have 3 NSF fees reversed and they had gladly offered to take care of, but now today that is not an option for them I was hung up on 4 times today and they just gave me the run around. Then to top it all off when I asked why they were so steadfast about this fee and asked where the loyalty and respect of a tenured customer they stated we should that respect last time we credited a fee and if you would like to come in and close your account we will have the money waiting for you this is no way to EVER speak to a customer if I could give less stars I would as soon as I return to town I will close this account and make sure I let everyone know this is a terrible bank!!
