The staff at the Highway 153 brach, especially the manager, is outstanding. ComTrust is not open on Saturday, which is a no-go for many. But I like that because I enjoy my weekends and believe everyone is entitled to that time. I appreciate that I can call my branch--not an 800 number--and get help from people who know me and whom I trust. If only reviewing the branch, I'd give ComTrust 5 stars.However, the executive level management leaves much to be desired. I've banked with ComTrust for 10+ years, both business and personal. I use the bill pay program and have their credit card. A few years ago, on the bank's comments page, I highly complimented the branch staff. I also stated that rather than having 3rd party providers for all the "extras," like the credit card, bill pay, etc., as a member, I'd be MUCH happier if these services were brought in-house--even if that meant I paid a little more for the services. I prefer that ComTrust hire members of my community for good jobs and opportunities instead of my dollars being sent to a corporation in another state or even country to have these services more cheaply, but poorly performed. I never even received a reply!Beyond this, there's no attempt at outreach to the members--our opinions are not solicited--we are not made aware of meetings and encouraged to attend and participate, etc. This is a tremendous shame because it means ComTrust is failing to live up to the whole point of credit unions--member ownership and involvement!I think the executive level management--president, vice president, etc.--is completely out of touch with members, and/or don't really care what we think or want. For this reason, I hesitate to refer people to ComTrust, and I suspect it is why ComTrust may not be attracting younger members or meeting is growth potential.

Teller was rude and very unprofessional. My family has done business with Comtrust for years...so disappointed to be treated in the manner I was today. It's okay to say no.... It's not okay to be rude while doing it.

I have been a member for 30+ years and will stay a member because of the professional and caring staff at the Hixson office. In my book the Hixson office rates a 10+ when it comes to customer service.
