Front door locked with a handwritten sign “not open to the public,” and no staff available to let anyone in - during open business hours. Yes, I understand this store is for licensed professionals, but you can’t even get inside so what’s the point? The location in Hixson does not have their doors locked like this. I don’t understand.

If you are a regular customer they won't even sell you any item. I can't believe there is a business like this. There is no sign directing this for license hair technician, and Cosmologist. I felt very judged to the extent that the associate sounded disdain, unmotivated, and depressed. It's disappointing that you can't buy a item and being told that you have to be licensed. I think this store should not be open to the public, and perhaps market themselves online.

I normally always have good service but today Mason decided he wanted to close the store 10 mins urly and I needed a salon product I drove out of my way to buy as gas is 5$ a gallon . This was a complete inconvenience to me Wasn’t appreciated ! His convenience was my inconvenience signed long term customer!

The base coat never dryer i have no clue what I’m doing wrong but I’ve tried doing a thin and a thick layer and I will but it under the light like every other nail polish but you can easily touch after you’ve done all the coats and it will just smear but if I don’t use the base coat that does not happen but also their nail brushes clumped up with the bonding powder
