It is convenient to all downtown attractions, restaurants, and activities, directly facing the Tennessee Aquarium. The hotel has been improved and remodeled with new rooms. Guests will find clean rooms with nice beds, some featuring a balcony. Amenities include breakfast service, a bar at night, a fire pit, and an indoor pool. Parking is covered in a garage, though it requires a walk through the Carta station and has a nightly fee. The staff is consistently described as amazing, friendly, helpful, courteous, professional, and compassionate. The team from the front desk to the bar and kitchen receives high praise for their service, with many guests noting they would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Lindsey at the bar is absolutely fantastic! Great service, very personable and remembered us after day 1! Would recommend to everyone! Ginger was also a huge help at the front desk. If you’re ever in Chattanooga make sure you stop by!

Certainly enjoyed our stay so relaxing even after work.Ms.Vee was perfect in every way getting us checked in and making us feel at home!!!

Overall, everything was good. Bistro and bar has good food. Lighting in the room is weak. Service at the front desk was good as well. Fitness center was good.
