Miguel was absolutely amazing!! Such a polite, kind, & put together young man. Great at sales & great customer service! He helped me immediately, explained various options, suggested the best option, and explained why, and communicated thoroughly, the actions I would need to take the following month. Another customer walked in, about half way through our process, Miguel greeted him & asked him for time to complete our transaction. He showed me the screen protector I asked for and put it on the phone for me. He offered to set the iCloud up with me, but since my son already had an iCloud, I decided to wait. I asked if he could assist me with parental controls, & was willing to help me do that. I asked how long would it take, he told me 15 mins, and I told him “no since you have someone else waiting…” Miguel said, “ma’am I don’t mind at all, you are the customer, so I’ll do whatever I need to assist you until we’re done.” He was a complete delight! Cricket should definitely keep him around, and watch him grow within the company!! Thank you Miguel!! (Chattanooga - Lee Hwy Store)

Went here to get help with my Son's new Phone. They helped him set it up and showed him how to use it,since he wasn't familiar with an I-phone. The young man was very helpful and polite.

I went to the Lee Hwy Cricket Store to buy a replacement cell phone. When I asked for my receipt, the employee (employee ID RR9484) acting as a manager had changed my phone plan to add insurance coverage and to change my plan to auto pay without any authorization from me. These business practices are unethical. So beware and check your receipts. I hope Cricket will be proactive in dealing with this situation.

Went in to pay a bill for a friend and the first thing they tell you that you have to be a authorized user but I can go a line or pay by the phone every month it makes no sense when you trying to give them money I walked out to my car and called the 1800 number and pay the bill with no problem still smh

i would like to commend Daniel and also Quintin today for going above and beyond the level of Customer Service. They were very kind and helpful. I have been to this store a few times and have been very impressed with the attentiveness-friendliness of also the other employees with customers.. I have used a couple of other carriers in the past years and all I can say is this Cricket store has topped them all when it comes to customer service.. i want to thank you again for all your help. i so appreciate you.

After my wife had a very bad customer service experience, I went back with her to get her new phone activated. Renee helped us very quickly, effectively, and cordially. And we were not charged anything. 5 stars for Renee!

Elva is horrible! This location is horrible!!! Cricket is an amazing company that I was with for a long time but they are so stupid! The lady told me that the phone that I brought in is compatible and that if I would get a SIM card, everything would work. Well, when I got a SIM card, the lady said whoops but apparently it does not work with this phone. I asked for a return and they said no because I already activated it but no one warned about this. I ended up paying almost $100 for everything and I didn’t even get anything back. Don’t go to this location and don’t go to this person!

Lady was awesome but no anz to my question! She was great. Been with Cricket for 5 yrs. Guess I myove to Metro because it cost me to say hello. Thought after a long time of being there at least they talk to me without wanting money.

This store is not what it used to be... None of the phones are tagged or priced.... Left there at went to a franchise store for better service...
