I got my Galaxy S24 FE from cricket for $100 because I was switching from a different phone service. Amazing deal. Not to mention the service is so much better than my previous phone service carrier (straight talk). Chris set my phone up and he was so patient with my questions and concerns. 10/10 underrated phone service provider.

The Cricket store in Hixson is top tier ! Chris is beyond helpful with tech support , service transfer, and more while still making it a personable experience . I have never received the headache free experience anywhere else until I visited Cricket in Hixson . Thanks for being cool and manageable !

On January 25, 2022 my wife and I visited the Cricket store on Hwy 153. Ashton waited on us and handled a very complicated matter we needed assistance with. Ashton is very professional, proficient and knowledge of the Cricket product.Ashton deserves her own store or a promotion.

Ashton was AMAZING!! She was so patient and kind. She went out of her way to help myself and my son figure out what was going on with an order we had made online. The people online, all four of them, were extremely unhelpful and pretty much didn’t care, and when I got ticked and called the store hoping someone there would help, Ashton, was soooo sweet and helpful!! Give this girl a raise!!! She’s a keeper!!
