Gave my friend a ride to the cricket store on brainerd... he went inside at 3 pm to purchase a new phone, with one customer in front of him.2 hours to purchase a phone and get it turned on? That's ridiculous.Cricket does have some good prices and their cell service is great compared to a couple other companies I've had cell service with...But it doesn't take 2 damn hours to sell a phone and a phone plan.

I go here to pay my bill, it says they open at 9a.m. they never have the open sign on and Door is locked, if someone let's you in they are complaining they are by their self, nit being ready to take my money, she can't sign in the computer is slow, they know nothing about the phones they sell, I asked what is the difference between an android and an I phone, she answered all I know is I phone is more expensive, this store needs help...
