This is the best storage place! If you are looking for a convenient location with on site personnel, this is the place. Jason that works in the office is so nice and will work with you to meet all your needs and make sure you get the best deal you can get. They are very competitive and customer friendly. I've been very happy with Prime storage!

So far the staff is jus a hard working group of guys so id say the staff could use a lil sprinkle of Friendly customer service faces in their roster.
Overall though its a very well put together place and the staff is exactly what they need to fight off the wave of folks who shall not be named.
