Rented an outdoor parking spot for RVs. Stored a boat and utility trailer in the slot. Returned after 9 months to find the utility trailer had been stolen 6 months prior. They failed to notify me, the owner. Showed it as being in the lot for the entire time. The workers don't get treated well enough to care. Find a local place with local owners instead.

Rate increase is insane. Started out paying 91 now after 2 years I pay 190. Will definitely be finding another location.

I have used CubeSmart several times off and on since 2020 when my parents were hit by the Easter Sunday tornado. The staff were extremely supportive, helpful and friendly and have been every single time since.

I rented a 5x12 unit for 20 months. Facility was well lit and clean through out my experience. Managers were always helpful and bathroom was clean when needed. Keep up the good work CubeSmart

After two and a half years my rental fee for each of two units has increased $97/mo for each unit. They lure you in w a great rate, then raise it every 6 months. Mine started at $140 and is now $237/mo for each unit, don’t stay longer than 6 months, otherwise they will slowly bleed you out.
