Customer service was awesome at the Hickory Valley Rd location. Had the pleasure of working with Jennifer & Erica. Both very helpful and informative. Facility was very clean. Will definitely recommend this location to my friends & associates. Keep up the good work Ladies!!

Notice the cleanliness as I was bout to drive by. So I stop in to check pricing, the staff Erica and Jennifer was amazing as ever. They even held the door for me to come in. You don’t see that any more. They show me different units and were very knowledgeable and detailed. They even offered me moving supply to make things even more simply.Restrooms smelled amazing and very clean. I would recommend to anyone to go here for that comfortable and family feel. Just all around amazing staff. Thank you

Came to CubeSmart, had the best service of all time, Jennifer and Erica had such great service, knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and all out just outstanding. Place was very clean and property smelled great. Would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and outgoing people. All around just outstanding.

Stopped by to rent unit, spoke with Erica and Jennifer both had awesome customer service. Property was clean and welcoming. They knew what I needed from the time I walked in and understood what I wanted. Very friendly and knowledgeable would recommend to everyone. Thanks for such amazing support.

Compared to the only other personal storage place I’ve used in the area, this place is not only cheaper, but better kept. The app and overall customer service made it a lot easier to get things set up in advance, and gave me some much needed relief.

The service here is really great. Did the reservation online which was easy to do. When dealing with the staff for assistance, they were very helpful and kind. I use Cubesmart as our company's first go to for self storage needs.

Erika was great!! She was very professional and friendly. My unit was clean and I thought it was very clever she cut the plastic off the top of the lock because I did not have a tool.
