Got my flu shot here. The pharmacist was experienced and did a good job giving me my shot. It didn't hurt going in.

Pharmacy staff seems super overwhelmed which is unfortunate.That said, it’s tough to tell if they are over worked or are actually using all the medications. I had to call multiple times to get different answers and the staff quite literally seems like they are on drugs.

Need to offer customers a restroom. Great customer service at the pharmacy. Pharmacy guy was amazing and helped us quickly.

The pharmacy refused to help me get my daughter's prescription, they kept hanging up on me and not speaking with me. I called 3 times and each time they would hang up on me.

I've seen some improvement due to new management. Staffing has improved the last couple of months. I haven't experienced bad attitudes. I have called to have meds discontinued lately and still get messages to pickup. The text doesn't accept a cancel response. It's a yes or no response to fill. I say no each month. I still have major issues with their software. The online app doesn't match their in-store system. You can archive a drug online but the in-store system continue to list the drug as active. Their system continued to text each month. I have sent my husband to pickup my meds to find out one drug was previously archived. CVS says by law I can't return it. This isn't fair to the customer because you don't have your act together or systems in synch. The customer has to take on the cost of their error. Not fair. Meds are too expensive and being an elder with limited income, CVS should do better.

Rude and unhelpful pharmacy staff. I’m honestly amazed. I was picking up for a family member and had interactions that made me feel really icky. This is why I use Publix!

Haven't been I a while. The receptionist was nice and friendly as usual. The prices are exceptionally high, even store brands are not as affordable. Don't visit as much for those reasons. Also I use to do the photo development from my phone. Not sure they still doing that so I seldom go..sorry cvs!!

This neighborhood has totally deteriorated to the point where there’s a safety risk shopping here. It’s not a great place to be. If you’re from out of town, please stop elsewhere. Don’t become a crime statistic. I’m sure this is a challenging environment to work in. Good luck

Staff is always friendly but the Pharmacy is ALWAYS late, slow, or completely loses information or prescriptions!!! They have completely LOST a prescription of mine and took them 2 DAYS to find it and fill it. My doctor calls in prescriptions and it takes DAYS for them to fill it when the doctor specifically states I need it SAME DAY. So I show up and wait in person to let them know I NEED MY MEDICATION and they still say sorry it’s king to be a while after having the prescription refill notice for DAYS PRIOR!! How long does it take to fill???!!! I have NEVER had such a long wait or issue at any other pharmacy!!!

I have never had the experience I had at CVS I had today. I stopped at the CVS drive thru to pick up my prescription. I asked if my Adderal was filled. The tech said no and it never would be if I didn't call first. This has to be new, as I have been getting it filled here for months and have never called first or at Walgreens, where I will be returning to. I advised the app said it was filled. She repeated the same information. I told her she didn't have to say the same thing again. She said Ma'am and proceeded to continue. I told her this was poor customer service and asked if she could fill my prescription. She stated no, I could come back and get my meds from the pharmacist. I wasn't happy, but as a customer, she did nothing to try to diffuse the situation. I was not irate or irrational, and as I was in my car, I was not a threat to her. For her to deny to fill my prescription because she felt like I was "rude" to her, was the height of unprofessionalism and privilege. I work in customer service and I couldn't censor a customer for anything done today, let alone deny them their medication. I called up to speak with the store manager and she seemed beleaguered and disinterested. I'll be switching my prescription. I only changed here for convenience because I drive by on my way home from work. But it's not worth the disrespect from the staff. This wasn't the first time. Just the most egregious.

Went inside to pick up my medication because for some reason they closed the drive-through 10 minutes early so I drive around and go inside and I’m standing in line behind three people finally the last woman getting her medication walked off and I approach the counter and three black women told me that I could not get my medication. I would have to come back tomorrow at 8 AM open and I told them no I’ve been standing in line before 8 o’clock, and they told me no again and walked off. Everyone had an attitude!, I’ve never had a horrible experience like this with the pharmacy they need to fire these women and hire more qualified, more respectful people .

Have never been treated more poorly by anyone at a retail establishment. Not just a pharmacy…ANY retail establishment. Seriously, the DMV has been kinder to me. Before this individual had spoken with me about anything, the initial interaction was angry. Perhaps the customer in front of me caused it, I’m unsure. This pharmacy tech doesn’t deserve the one star I’m giving her.

It took 5 hours to fill a 7-day supply of antibiotics that I really needed. I will not use this location again and should have expected this based on it's abismal reviews. ?

God awful. It has taken two days to refill a simple med. The app said it’d be ready by 11am. So I came by and it still wasn’t ready. Just pulled up and they’re on lunch. Sad my doctor sent it here by mistake instead of Walgreens.
