If you are unable to administer vaccines, it would be nice if you would block the scheduling system so people cannot book appointments and waste their time.

Women check into the minute clinic you are asked to provide your card information so that checking his complete and deleted a old card that I had on file this company went into my account and took money off of the car that I deleted that was an illegal transaction unauthorized I plan to pursue any and every charge I need to against this company

I just experienced a rude altercation with a women by the name of Destiny. I was attempting to pick up my children medication and experienced an issue with insurance. I requested to speak with the pharmacist to get more insight. The pharmacist was not available at that time due to being on the phone. I clarified that the question was quick and need to get some insight on insurance. I was advised by Mrs. Prathma to come inside.
I clarified that I really didn’t want to go inside. Destiny approached the window and screamed at me and slammed the window. I then waited for Prathma to come back to the window and kindly asked why Destiny was being so hostile? Destiny then came to the window and attempted to argue with me. I asked Mrs. Prathma for their names and advised her that I will be parking my car and coming in the CVS to speak with a manager. I spoke with Mrs. Amy Davis (store manager), who was very polite and listened to my complaint.
Amy clarified with me that the store is very busy and Destiny maybe under pressure. I clarified with Mrs. Amy and confirmed that I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and service can be stressful, however it’s not professional to act in that manner in a professional environment. I felt very threaten by Destiny. I also clarified that I will be speaking to CVS corporate office and will be filing a formal complaint. As a consumer with a child present I should never experience that type of behavior anywhere. It’s unexceptable and not appreciated. I then spoke with the pharmacist, who was also extremely nice and he clarified what happened and how to get my issue resolved.
This was not the best customer experience, however the staff was able to turn my experience around which is greatly appreciated. I would like to thank Mrs. Prathma for maintaining her professionalism in a difficult transaction involving insurance and also thank the remaining staff for their assistance. I do hope this is a coaching opportunity for Destiny and she learns a valuable lesson to maintain her composure in stressful times. May God bless you!

CVS requires you to go to pharmacy for one vaccine and then to Minute Clinic for another vaccine on same day in same store. One side of store for Hep A and other side of store for Hep B. Confusing! When I got vaccine I asked nurse if it was covered and she said yes. Then CVS denied a couple of months later and billed me even though my insurance covered it. Impossible to get straight with billing. Will never go back again. I have already scheduled all my vaccines at Walmart.

That new pharmacist is THE BEST!!! I think his name is Trent. He really took the time to explain my medicine to me & the side effects. I really appreciated that extra mile. The staff were all very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful too which made my experience a plus.
I will ONLY use this Pharmacy.

Pharmacy is terrible. I have been multiple times, and each time the pharmacists are rude and act as if you are bothering them for asking questions. I only go there because they accept my insurance.
If you can use and alternative pharmacy, do ot!

Trent at this CVS was very accommodating and transferred my prescriptions from my Florida CVS to this new location. He filled 3 prescriptions and said I would be notified when the others were ready for pickup. The transition went very smooth. Thank you.

Last year, being a disabled combat veteran and having issues since moving here 7 years ago almost 8 years ago and being 100 percent disabled through the VA with multiple injuries services connected such as brain injury and cluster headaches, sciatica cancer most of my back removed, reynauds phenomenon, both knees and many more service connected disabilities have had no help with the VA with services like oxygen therapy or even a primary care, The CVS pharmacy has been very supportive and helpful since I pay out of pocket for all my health issues, hundreds a month and thousands a year since I’ve had no referrals for any of them and I’m still struggling to get any answers for what’s wrong , all of this was taken care of in my previous residence in Kansas and Indiana and here nothing Z. Just spent $17,000 on dental care that’ the VA was dragging along for past 5-6 years finally my family and I had enough and paid for it myself SAYING ALL OF THIS FOR CONTEXT I have no complaints whatsoever about this cvs pharmacy they have been honestly the best place in Chattanooga they are busy but every place is but they are fair and they keep. you updated and they care, they are as fast as they can be and I would recommend them to anyone that asks’ they have changed my individual health and can’t thank them enough.

The staff are incredibly rude. We asked for one female employees name so we could file a complaint after she was extremely disrespectful and she said “my boss’s name is Ashley and she doesn’t care either” WOW.
