The staff are incredibly rude. We asked for one female employees name so we could file a complaint after she was extremely disrespectful and she said “my boss’s name is Ashley and she doesn’t care either” WOW.

Horrible customer service from the pharmacy staff consistently! Negative stars. They haven’t had my medication in stock for over a month and will not even check with other CVS pharmacies to see if they have it. They speak to you rudely and act as though they hate their job. If you don’t want to be there just leave. The customers are the reason you even have a job. McDonalds, Taco Bell etc are all hiring or maybe go to a warehouse where you don’t deal with people. I don’t want to talk to you just as much as you don’t want to talk to me.

The pharmacy at this location is horrible. The pharmacist and the assistants operate like sloths. They get in no hurry, are very unprofessional, rude, and show attitudes of disgust when asked a question. It is like one is imposing on their time. The pharmacy also closes in the middle of the day so everyone can take a lunch at the same time rather than stagger the lunchtimes. Some people need to pick up their meds during that time, because they can only go on their lunch hour, but no one is available. Another problem is when I need refills on my insulin, they often do not have any in stock and it takes a few days to get it in.

Horrible! Staff is rude and short with customers. If they don’t like what they do then they need to go do something else. Stop making this painful on us that have to go the pharmacy. Doctor offices and the insurance companies are already bad enough. I requested to fill 1 Rx at noon and at 8:30pm it still wasn’t ready and she tried to tell me “they just got it”. Flat out lied to my face.

Literally kept me on hold for over 40 minutes, I was on hold for a little bit, and someone picked up, said rudely "hold please." And put me BACK on hold, why answer if I'm already on hold? They also completely forgot about me being on call, and it's frustrating that you can't get anything refilled easily. Why's everything gotta be so complicated?

I came to get a vaccine and a TB test for school and I am very afraid of needles and get faint every time. Everyone was wonderful with me and I’ll be coming back for any future shots.

I had a good experience at this CVS. I was here visiting my best friend and i forgot I was out of my bipolar meds which were ready at my CVS back home in Huntsville, AL. they transferred it in and got it ready in 30 minutes if that. :)

Cvs sucks in general. I dont think its the staff. I believe their pharmacy rules and policies dont consider that customers need their medicine on the prescription date. They tell you to come pick up your RX but fail to say we close early. By doing that ,it changes your pick up date. Instead of picking up all your meds at once. You pick up one Monday Tuesday Wendesday. Very inconsiderate when you live 30 mins away.

They claim to be 40% less than other clinics. I made an appointment to be seen and as soon as I was in the Nurse Practitioner’s office she notified me that the cost would be between $150 and $170. Every other urgent care or clinic in Chattanooga is cheaper than CVS. Do not get blind sided by their false claim. I’m glad they feel they can gouge their customers and lie about the pricing to trap you. Do Not Use .

Hire more cashiers for the pharmacy!!!! I have been in line to pick up my Rx, for an hour!!!! Came earlier and they told me it wasn’t filled yet. Might help if you quit filling 30 day Rx’s every 2 weeks. I had 2 other Rx’s and I was no where near needing them filled. The one I awaited for (over an hour) wasn’t filled earlier. I have spent my day going back and forth to your pharmacy and waiting in line.This is totally unacceptable and needs to be fixed or I will go to one of your competitors!!!BAD BUSINESS

My sister purchased CVS brand Tylenol and noticed the next day that it was expired by one year. She went back to the store the next day to get another bottle and exchange and not only would they not give her the full price back because she didn’t have the receipt however, they did refuse to look up her card as proof that she did purchase it the day before she went back to the shelf to get another bottle and found that all the bottles were expired. So when she went back to the desk and approach the manager and made a comment, the cashier stepped in and told my sister that she was being rude and ordered her out of the store and made a comment that my sister had ruined her day. This is the worst CVS store that I have ever been in . What the heck kind of customer service are we dealing with??? This was a 5$ bottle of cvs Tylenol and it was EXPIRED!!!

The CVS site says this store develops disposable cameras but they don't. Asked someone there if they knew anyone who does & obv they don't know. But how is a store going to sell them and not have any idea where to get them developed?!?
