I pulled up to the pharmacy window and they closed the window on me and refused to give me my prescription that they filled 11 hours after they said it would be ready. The night staff is actually friendly and not rude so I'd only recommend going then.

Carrie, is nothing short of amazing. I walked in at 4 am. Actually hobbled bc of my hips. I asked her is she minded to get my items because it hurt too much to walk. She had zero hesitation and had a huge smile on her the whole time. I’m so grateful I met her today before my procedure!
She had the greatest attitude and made my day. I hope I can bless someone today like she did to me.

Refused to fill my prescription. Im leaving for a flight to go see my mom who is dying from cancer. Said they didn’t care. Pharmacist named Nick. Yelling about my medicines across the pharmacy never even came over to the consultation booth. Everyone could hear the medicine l take. I’m hysterical now and crying. I will never go here again. Blond girl with glasses so rude. Many are beyond rude. Filling a HIPPA complaint against them. And l missed my flight because of them. It’s Christmas. I have severe Crohns and this has stressed me out so bad

I have an appointment for my vaccines at the end of my pregnancy and they couldn’t find it in their system and didn’t help me at all. Told me to check a kiosk and stand around and wait and nobody helped me and keep asking me to wait without even trying to help..there’s no consideration for pregnant women here. Left and came to Walgreens and they took good care of me

Terrible pharmacy. No one answers the phone, no one returns calls, and they screw up the prescriptions they do provide. WORTHLESS PHARMACY. CVS closed the other one in town that was actually a good pharmacy, and dumped all its business on this one, which apparently cannot handle it. Will be changing completely to Walgreen's.

Waited in line to pick up my prescription. The guy closed down the windows without any explanation. Pulled around and went in and the pharmacy it was closed. A simple explanation would have been nice instead of rudely closing the windows down on your customers! I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for over 20 years. NEVER AGAIN!

Inability to speak to anyone in store to ask a question about a prescription…. Have to drive 11 miles each way to ask a question about a prescription. Absolutely ridiculous… The amount we pay for prescriptions should help to pay someone to answer the phone. What’s up with closing for lunch? The lunch times are the exact times that most of us also have lunch… I am going to Walgreens where I have to pay for my Rx rather than let a drugstore true to intimidate me.

Rude staff. They enjoy exclaiming client names and their medications for all to hear. Even when I approached with a barcode for more privacy at pickup. I joined the club thing for meditation delivery. I never got the medication delivered as the club advertises. The pharmacist did not understand the delivery note that popped up on his screen. He was helpful but not informed what the note meant.

I have used this pharmacy for years and new employees have come and gone but Teresa is absolutely rude and NO help I am give them alot of my money for 3 different insulins

I am so pleased to see I have another option to get away from CVS. I called and spoke with Linsey and she was rude. I asked her about an issue and all she said was to contact my insurance company. Well I found out I can go to Express Scripts and have it sent to my home. Good Bye CVS

Blue collar guys, especially day laborers who work from daylight to dark and usually without a way to use the restroom. I was told the restroom did not open until 8am but the store was open and i was inside when i was told this news. It may seem like a minor ordeal but workers who work outside most of the time and drive all over God's green earth trying to make a living get refused. I use walgreens and cvs restrooms religiously because i know they have them and you can find them in most places. Since when did the store hours differ from restroom hours?. 6am the store opens but the restroom is 8am. Times like these i wish i could carry a port e john arount in my work vehicle.

I cannot remember who helped me at the pharmacy register when I picked up my prescriptions, but she was EXTREMELY rude! She barely acknowledged me to begin with when I greeted her with a smile and a “hi, how are you?” And then she mumbled everything she said and I had to ask her to repeat almost everything. When she mumbled that the card reader was asking for permission for something, I did not understand her so I smiled and said “I’m sorry, could you repeat that?”, and she got an extreme amount of attitude and raised her voice like I was a toddler and said “it waiting on a response from YOU, not me”. I was taken aback and apologized. She continued to mumble and be rude for the rest of the time I was there. I finished and thanked her and told her to have a great day and she did not acknowledge me. I understand people have bad days, but this was just rude and one of the worst experiences I have had at a CVS because she treated me like an idiot and wadded up my bags to give them to me basically shoving them at me. I wasn’t going to write a review but it kept weighing on me. The only redeeming thing was how fast the pharmacy was preparing my medications and the pharmacist when I initially arrived greeted me with a smile and a “well be right with you, I’m sorry”. Otherwise, I would have given this experience one star. Please work on her customer service and attitude. This is not how you retain customers for sure.

I love that they are open 24 hours a day but I was waiting in like 20 mins next in line they closed their window in my face and wasted my time I'll be going somewhere else

I unfortunately had to switch pharmacies because of my insurance. I have never been a huge fan of CVS but took a chance, I get one prescription filled every 90 days it's a medication that skipping days on has some weird side effects. Every since switching to CVS I have had nothing but issue from the pharmacy, the latest one is completely loosing my year worth prescription from my doctor which completely inhibits the filling of my prescription even having my doctors office calling it in again and still nothing. No one in the pharmacy seems to care, I'm sure the employees are spread thin and have a frustrating position. At the same time when there is no solution to a medication I need it's not a good feeling. I hope things improve for everyone, CVS is just not for me.
