Came in on a Saturday and the hours posted were 9-5 with a break from 1:30-2. We came in at 12:45 and they were closed until we left the store at 2. Came back at 3:30-4, still closed. Tried to call and left a voicemail that said they'd call back within an hour, never did.

The CVS in Target in Hixson are the absolute best. Kind, caring, great customer service. Would not go anywhere else

Never have had any issues with CVS in Target. Always going out of their way to help me if needed. They have never been rude to me any time!

Extremely rude employees. Today was the worst yet and I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy immediately based on this experience. Just do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens.

I always go to CVS to pick up my medicine and it's always hasslefree and pain-free. But once my son has asthma and he couldn't breathe so he needed his inhaler I went to CVS to ask them to refill his inhaler and they said give them 30 minutes. I went back 30 minutes later he said I'm just now getting around to processing it give me another 20 minutes I came back literally almost an hour later and they said that it wasn't ready and I said my son can't breathe and he desperately needs it in Hailer and they said well i'm sorry but you need to wait. It's not the pharmacy's fault it's the people who worked there I ended up having to take my son to Erlanger because he didn't have it inhaler
