Sent a package to Mexico and DHL put two different labels on it. The recipient had to pay duty for the other label as well. Trina did what she could at this location, but any customer service beyond that is Indians who are almost impossible to understand and keep giving different answers who you talk to. Worst customer service and I will use UPS from now on out.

Worst delivery service. Driver tried to shortcut to my neighborhood through the next neighborhood over. When he saw he couldn’t get here he listed delivery as no one home. He was too lazy to drive around like he should have and delivered my package. Now I have to make a trip to go get it at customer service across town. FedEx International is much better.

Terrible service. 3 times now I have had something sent via DHL Express and day it is due to be delivered I get a notice that "we tried to deliver DHL Express but no one was home" even though my wife and I work from home and someone is always here. The driver just does not want to drive out to where we are. So I have to select contactless delivery in order to receive packages from DHL. Sucks my customers pay for a service that delivers when it is convenient to DHL drive not when they are supposed to.

DHL is the WORST. They leave expensive packages laying at the end of my driveway where they can easily be stolen. This has happened TWICE now. When I tried to report these drivers with no moral character to the company, the process was so difficult and time-consuming that I finally gave up. Horrible. DO NOT use this company EVER.

Bad driver thinks he is on a racetrack goes at least 60 miles an hour on a dead end or more this is the second Friday he has done this that’s why he needs to be reported they are kids out here and dogs and don’t want to see no one hurt because of him

I recently made a purchase of an expensive piece of equipment from Nantes, France, for my work. Unfortunately, my experience with the shipment has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I feel compelled to share my story in the hopes that it might serve as a cautionary tale for others considering business transactions with this company.The equipment was expected to arrive promptly, but it is now seven days overdue. When I inquired about the delay, I was initially told that it was due to unpaid customs and duties. After I sent my receipt showing that I had paid the charges within eight minutes (literally) of receiving the payment request via email on the originally scheduled date of arrival, they didn't have any response.What has been most disheartening throughout this ordeal is the complete lack of transparency and accountability on the part of the company. Their customer service representatives have failed to provide a plausible explanation for the prolonged delay, and their communication has been severely lacking in professionalism and empathy.I have reached out to them multiple times via phone and email, expressing my concerns and seeking clarification on the situation, but to no avail. Not once have they offered an apology for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused me, despite the clear mishandling of my shipment.I am left with many questions and growing concerns about the integrity of this company's business practices. I implore them to investigate the whereabouts of my shipment and provide a satisfactory resolution promptly. In addition, I would appreciate any details from them that could help build a stronger case against this unacceptable delay and lack of communication.I want to emphasize that my intention in sharing this review is not to harm their reputation but to highlight the importance of professionalism, accountability, and customer service in any business transaction. As a paying customer, I believe that it is my right to expect transparency, timely deliveries, and courteous communication.

I want to thank Mrs. Trina at DHL Express Service at Chattanooga. She was very patient and amazing. But most of all I want to say to everyone reading this, don’t waist your time looking for the chipper way to ship. I saved about 80 dollars comparing to UPS and FedEx long distance/international services. I am not mentioning USPS because documents were lost and I received them back about 7 month later( don’t waist your time and effort). Thank you!

This DHL office offer the best customer service I have encountered. I am able to pick up my packages right from the shipping center long as I call the office in time to let them know.It saves me and I’m sure the Driver a lot of time.We are Greatful for that
