Great place to shop for fragrances. I usually know what I’m going to sample, and the fragrance counter workers typically are understanding/let me take my time and look around without bothering me. But I have also seen them take the time and care to help someone decide on a fragrance to purchase for a gift. I eavesdropped, and thought that they gave great advice and steered that customer in the right direction.

Now I found Dillard's here in the South, this is what Macy's used to be but Dillard's is a family store still & I appreciate the service & quality brands!

I haven't been to the mall in forever but it was fun milling around Ina real store for a change. However,there aren't too many workers there but when I did find them, they were helpful and super nice. Can't get too many people to work for 10 to 15 an hour
