Worst DG in Chattanooga! Music is so loud you can't even hear yourself think. The aisles are always blocked with stock carts. I just walked out because it's too stressful to navigate through the mess. I won't be back.

The Dollar General on Broad St near St Elmo is the best Dollar General in the country. So organized, clean and well stocked, and the people who work there are very helpful.

I go to this store all the time because it very close to me. Lately I've been experiencing a major lack in customer service. Today, I went in and seen they had some items marked half off. Signs everywhere on said items.. When I reached the register said item were not on sale I stated there are signs that state half off.. and that I did not want said items if they were not on sale. The cashier who has not been friendly the past few times I've been in Throws said items at me back into the basket. And then forcefully hands me my change. I felt a little threatened by the encounter and will probably not be back.

The parking lot is full of trash . There is no trash can outside , however there is one right inside the door that is overflowing. The store is disorganized and very dark . Today was my first day to go in this store and I will not be going back . Ally

This is the cleanest, most organized store I have been in ever... everything is where it should be you don't have to search for the price of things..very nice displays too.Thank you ladies for a great shopping experience.

Had to use self check out because nobody in the store wanted to wait on me. I will not be back to this location. Also both employees are outside the front door smoking. That's real attractive for customers

Stopped by last week to pick up some things about 7P. Although cars were continually coming into the parking lot, the store was closed with a sign stating that the hours are 8A-3P for dates 9/2-9/9.Whipped back through on today, 9/10, same thing. Closed at 3:15P.If help is this hard to come by, shut it all the way down. Banker’s hours are 9-5, and you’ll already be closed.

I honestly have not been in a lot of dollar stores but this one has to be the nicest I've been in. It was very clean and well organized and the gentleman working there was nice. I was immediately greeted when I went into the store I went in for a specific item but of course came out with a few more because of the great prices. The clerk was very helpful when I asked where certain items were. In the future I will keep this store in mind when shopping for certain products.

Mr. Reginald was working today when my elderly neighbor and I stopped in to pick up a couple of things...my neighbor was not paying attention and gave him too much money...Mr.Reginald brought it to her attention and made sure she got her money back..you can't find honest people every day....He is very sweet, corgil, and honest.....He is a VERY VALUABLE EMPLOYEE AND PERSON...THANK YOU SIR..
