Assistant manager would not listen to what i was trying to explain to him. He wanted to say something was not on clearance just because it did not ring up the right price. He would not do an override or call the store manager to see what i was meaning. I will never shop here again. You need to find "managers" who will go above and beyond for your customers. Jim definitely is NOT what your business needs.

Very undemure, and not mindful at all!😂 The store was having HVAC problems and it was suffocatingly hot in there. Especially towards the front of the store. I feel for the employees 😟😔 Other than that, the experience was just fine. Friendly , attentive employees.

THIS STORE SMELLS TERRIBLE. Like animal urine or decay or like spoiled meat. The first step inside, will literally take your breath away because of the stench. I have notified the corporate office two weeks ago, and they said it will be addressed. There is something seriously wrong within this store. It's sad, because the employees are so kind and helpful, yet this is the environment they have to work in. Disgusting! I want to take pride in the stores and services that take care of our Valley neighbors, and this is NOT the quality of environment we deserve. I refuse to go back into the store and it has altered my shopping habits to avoid going in there now. Sad for everyone. Something MUST be addressed for changed.

Typically very clean and organized. For the last year I have been going there early mornings on the weekends to do our shopping and avoid the crowds. When I need help they are very nice and helpful. Have run into a few antimaskers and nothing is said to them but alas

I have literally called over 60 times tonight to ask if something is in stock and it goes straight to a busy signal. I have called for about an hour now! That’s a little ridiculous. Especially being at 7-8pm on a Sunday night.
