I made an own line order on Saturday for a pick up on a Sunday. My order was cancelled without explanation. Went to the store and found my own products on the shelf. I was told that they wouldn’t honor the sales price. No explanation.. he just turned around and walked off. Even after confirming that I was at the correct store and that my order was processed and mysteriously cancelled

Absolute mess! This store has stocking carts in every single isle. I understand they have to stock the store. But I mean every single isle is lined with freight carts. You can't get to products or move through the store without moving them. It looks like a horror movie.

I hear Dollar General is closing lots of stores. This one looks like it should be in business if not for the unprofessional, handwritten, "closed" signs on the door. New to the area and sorry to see that I won't be able shop here.

This nasty store/shopping plaza is an embarraasment. It looks like a tornado hit the inside. It is always a disaster and dirty floor.

I like Dollar General for the sales and the coupons offered but every dollar general stores is disorganized and cluttered. It's hard to go through the lanes because they're boxes and container of boxes in the way and their clothes on the floor or thrown in a pile. I wish they could hire stackers to work a night shift to focus only on unpacking boxes and organizing the store.

This store is one of the worst I have ever seen, had about 6 guests in store and not one employee around. Line of people at front while robin was hiding in the back busy chatting on cell phone. Had carts everywhere. Could not reach most products. Was there to do a return as was told could return to any DG and this one was closer to where we were going today. Refused to do any returns and we had receipt with us as we had purchased yesterday and was missing parts. Robin was super rude. I’ve seen rattlesnakes with better attitudes. I do not recommend this location. Drive an extra distance to another store.

Store is very disorganized .
The company shouldn't be so cheap need to hire more people and the people there needs a raise .
Alot of work they have to do for the amount of workers .

This place has always been poorly ran as it pertains to store conditions and Covid took it over the edge.
Still the same cluttered- death trap!! Go in at your own risk and expect nothing great except long lines, carts blocking aisles, out of stocks, and no standards.
The cashiers that work here and that have checked me out have been some of the nicest folks ever but you know they are frustrated when folks be complaining but they do their jobs without complaints and that is the only saving grave.
