This location is terrible at stocking. Their building alarm goes off almost everyday around 3-5 am waking everyone in my neighborhood up. This place sucks.

Dollar General has really gone down, aisles are hard to get down! Nothing has been unpacked, shelves are empty dirty floors. This is the worst Dollar General in Chattanooga, all the other one's kudos to you keep up the good work! The only positive there is a friendly intelligent, young man name Joey with a beautiful smile!

Tonight was the worst night I’ve ever had at this Dollar General. I absolutely love the manager there she is the sweetest lady always goes over and beyond for their customers. But one of her workers tonight was an absolutely rude and kind and friendly human being. And that’s saying it nicely. From the moment I walked in that store tell him I left she was nothing but rude I got there at 8:35 I understand that they close at 9 PM I’m very aware of that as I shop there almost daily. She inform me that I had 25 minutes till they close she would not be staying a minute later very very very unprofessional as I wait on a tire store on the same road and I cannot imagine one of our employees talking to a customer that way I said yes ma’am thank you go out my Shopping might get to the register there’s still 10 minutes left there’s no one else in the store except this other gentleman that literally just checked out I asked her if she could project her things as they were over in the clearance section but sometimes I things get placed there that aren’t on clearance or their overstock gets placed there. Could she process it for me she told me no that she would not be processing anything at the stores about to close. So when I told her I didn’t want them unless you could tell me how much they were that really made her mad and she was even rude or from then on. After I pay her she goes to inform me that she can’t give me a receipt because it’s almost closing time in their system shut down OK you can ring me up you can take my money but you can’t give me a receipt I don’t understand that I don’t understand that at all so now if I get home and something doesn’t work or it’s broken I’m just screwed because I can’t take it back I will get my money back or a refund or even be able to exchange it because of her as I go to leave I asked for her name she told me she didn’t have to tell me her name. I informed her that she was wrong that’s why she wears a name tag but her name tag doesn’t have her name on it. She asked me why I wanted her name I told her that I was going to call corporate and inform them of why she would not want I wanted information like he would not cash it comes in for me she said because she doesn’t have to I said well then we have nothing else to talk about I’m leaving and I leave this right here is why people are so tired of dealing with workers at businesses this is what businesses can’t keep employees they’re terrible these people today saying that they can talk and treat anyone anyway they feel and they can’t. Her name is Joanne Amber is what she said I’m just so disappointed in the way I was treated tonight the way I was taught to I go out of my way to be nice to people out of my way like I said the manager there is extremely nice the young gentleman I can’t think of his name off of my head but he’s always there extremely nice they go out of their way to treat you with respect the little old lady that works there goes above and beyond the other girl that was working there look like a new girl black hair ponytail very nice lady very nice but this little girl was extremely rude and someone needs to talk to her about that

Poor customer service,store looks like a tornado hit it,stood at the cash register with my breakfast food while on my am break and no one was at any of the cash registers, about six employees and half of them were standing outside smoking and no one had a register light on and no one was zoning the store and over half of the bins were trashy

They have hardly anything in stock! Not sure if they’re short handed and don’t have enough man power or they’re just lazy! Almost ever my aisle hardly anything on the shelves.

This location is convenient, however, the shelves stay empty for the most part. Another Dollar General close by isn’t lacking products like this store seems to.

Get it together DG. Hire people who know how to work with a smile. That's hospitality. I've dealt with ok workers but they're lazy. Stock your shelves and clean up for Pete's sake.

The nasty store I've ever been to. Floors were filthy and customer service was terrible. You can always tell when a place has terrible management.
