I purchased a total of 9 pairs of shoes from this store two days apart. The first day I purchased 6 pairs and was told by management if I came back to purchase the other three pairs of the exact same brand and style the 25 percent discount would apply. That was an absolute lie as they only honored a just $20 off on the total purchase. I spoke with the on duty manager and cashier to inform them what I was promised. They were not at all interested in resolving the situation. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Love the shoes; customer service is poor. Took my coupon for $30 off $49 purchase, then took the $49.99 pair of shoes to the register but was told it wouldn’t work because the cost wasn’t $49.99. So I took the shoes back to the shelf and reread the sign $49.99. I took the shoes and the sign back over. The manager took over, and when I said twice, with sign in hand, that yes, the shoes were indeed $49.99, instead of apologizing and trying to ring up again, she shrugged and said the price must have changed, then suggested I purchase other items to get the “changed price” up to $49. I did because I really wanted the shoes. I care because I was in management for over 15 years and customer service is important to me. Training is important; sadly, it was lacking here.

This place is no longer a discount store. Prices are absurdly high even in the clearance aisle, and the quality of 90% of the shoes are cheap man-made uppers with low quality soles. Good luck finding your size too! Not worth your time or money.

We entered the store at 7:30 PM and were “greeted” at the door by the manager who said, “We will be closing in 30 minutes.” We replied that we only needed five minutes and she replied, “But, look at the line.” Obviously, she didn’t want or need our business. We will not return. My friend commented that maybe she should be running a register. She said that she was the manager and didn’t run a register. In my opinion, a good manager would open and run a register for good customer service.

9thWas in line. After 16 minutes waiting, I left my 3 boxes on my way out. I have 45 minutes break. Spent over half at DSW. Too bad I couldn't buy the 3 pair I really needed for work.

So many shoes to choose from and you can shop online and pick up at store or have them shipped to your address. I was in need of a pair of dressy flats and had a wide variety to choose from. Manager Katie was awesome, very helpful in my time of need.

My husband went to this DSW to find me a certain pair of UGGs for Christmas. He showed a picture with the name, the associate helping him said they were not in store but ordered them to be shipped to us. To my surprise, the associate ordered a completely different style shoe that looks nothing like what my husband showed. The customer service during the return process was unprofessional and lacking customer service skills... will not be wasting anymore time or money going here.

This NO BAG decision is ridiculous. We walked out with 6 things tonight dropping them in the parking lot. DSW is being cheap and using the environment reasoning which is pure lies. You’re wanting to save money. I’m done with your store. There must have been 7 other customers saying the same thing.
