My husband went to this DSW to find me a certain pair of UGGs for Christmas. He showed a picture with the name, the associate helping him said they were not in store but ordered them to be shipped to us. To my surprise, the associate ordered a completely different style shoe that looks nothing like what my husband showed. The customer service during the return process was unprofessional and lacking customer service skills... will not be wasting anymore time or money going here.

This NO BAG decision is ridiculous. We walked out with 6 things tonight dropping them in the parking lot. DSW is being cheap and using the environment reasoning which is pure lies. You’re wanting to save money. I’m done with your store. There must have been 7 other customers saying the same thing.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience there today. They have 4 registers and stood unlike over 35 min today while only 1 register was open and that lady got on the phone and STAYED on the phone the entire time I stood in line. Eventually 1 more employee came to the register, but only rang up 3 people (averaging 5 min per customer approximately) before she walks off and goes back out on the sales floor……when there was nearly 20 people standing in line!! The only other employee I saw was literally standing by the door messing with empty boxes the entire time, instead of helping on the registers to get customers checked out and on their way.Absolutely zero clue how to run a store and they could never handle any real volume. With how poor lily the could handle their volume at 1:30 on a weekday I have no clue how they actually manage to keep the place in business. 3 people who were standing in line put their stuff down and walked out due getting sick of standing in line forever bc o my 1 register open and that cashier being on the phone for over 35 min. Absolutely ridiculous. This was my 1st time there and will be my last time there.No telling how much they lost in sales just in the 35 min I stood there from the people leaving after being absolutely disgusted with the fact nobody was getting rang up while 1 employee was breaking down boxes and the other one just walking around the sales floor.This is why so many people do their shopping online now and the non-existent customer service I experienced today is what ultimately puts places like this out of business.

I got their before store closing hours and they wouldn't let me and locked the doors. If you close at 8 then your doors shouldn't be looked until 8. Their were people shopping inside but I couldn't come in to return what I purchased online that is unacceptable.

Poor customer service! No one could at the local DSW near Hamilton Place nor the 1-800 # "customer service" line could tell me why they could not ship the shoes I wanted to order to the Hamilton Place store. They ship to ALL of their locations but cannot ship to the DSW store here locally? They suggested that I drive to a DSW in Atlanta to pick them up. This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I live 2 blocks from the local DSW store. When I call DSW's 1-800 number, I got someone who spoke very broken English and was very difficult at best to understand and could not give me any assistance. She left me on hold for 27 minutes. Finally, as she probably hoped, I gave up and ended the call. When I called the local store for help, they acted as if they had zero interest and just said Yeah, other people have complained about this problem too "Call the 1-800 number" Why couldn't the actual DSW employee not try to address the issue within their organization instead of asking me to do their job for them?

Lots of selection at what seems like a fair price. I didn’t really like that the only cashier decided to spend 15 minutes helping the customer in front of us with finding everything they needed (like checking stock online or something). She probably should’ve called for another cashier or had another worker help this customer (which she eventually did once there was a long line waiting).

I didn't really care for this DSW location much. Was in the area and decided to stop in for a quick break from being on the road. The inventory was decent. The clearance section was also decent. I didn't have any interaction with any employees. No one greeted us. The restrooms were ok but could use a little tidiness.

There are lots of the same shoes just different brands and its pretty expensive for what it is. Even on sale its not much different then the regular prices
