We ordered and paid for a shirt that was not in stock.
It was for a BD gift for my son-in-law and the sales lady said it would be at our address on Friday. I questioned this because I needed it on Sat., but I trusted that she knew what she was talking about. We still don't have a shirt for my son-in-law for his BD.
We did call the store and the person coud not track it without more information, we did not have our receipt at the time we called. She saw where we ordered it and paid, but could not track it without a number on the receipt.
The payment was taken out of our bank account, so it is paid for.

Terrible. Overpriced. Shirts were very thin and short.I walked in with 5k in cash to buy some jeans and good golf type shirts And was accused of shoplifting?????These people are weird.

The store is always clean and organized. The staff are always super helpful. If your size is sold out in store, they will try to order it for you, which is pretty cool. My only complaint is more of a company complaint than this specific store. I wish there was more variety in color or patterns or graphic tees. This is the only store that my husband can find clothes in, and it seems like we're always looking at the same items. Also sometimes you can buy two of the exact same style and size of t-shirt and they fit completely different.
