I can't lie I had good customer service they got me in took care of everything he came over to us didn't have to go looking for anybody I really think that was very cool I will recommend anybody go to the electronic Express and Hixson Tennessee ???

Amazing customer service. I was greeted by Anna-Jay, she asked me what I was looking for and I told them a monitor since my original one is having black lines. She helped me browse for a monitor that suited my needs. And did an excellent job showing me all of the different options and choices that I had. Though I was kind of on a tight budget, they looked for the one with the cheapest price understanding the frustration that everyone ain’t made of money nowadays lol. They found a display monitor that was shown in the store that caught my eye. And even went into the back and got a box and put it in there for me. Not only were they considerate, but they were very helpful and I definitely recommend going whenever they are at the store. I will be back again soon looking for some more equipment for my setup. Got the monitor at home now and I am very much so impressed by the custom cross air, and the g sync feature along with the 1ms delay and smoothness of it.

Long story short, I was misled by both East Brainerd and Hixson doors about an advertised item. I contacted customer support and asked to be contacted by a district or regional manager and I never heard anything. On the eighth day I contacted customer service again and was told that 48 hours is the normal timeframe and after telling them it had been 7+ days. I was informed that I could reach out to them again with no offer to help solve my problem, or hear my complaint. I informed the customer service representative that I no longer had a desire to do that and I would simply be leaving a Google review and was told “have a good day”

Pat is the #1 worker at this location! We’ve ordered a stove, dishwasher and microwave with his help and only his help from this location in the last 6 months. Fast, efficient and easy decision thanks to him. He and the delivery crew are the reason I’m giving this place 5 stars, others could learn from his example.

We had an awful experience at Electronics Express Hixson recently. When we tried to return an item that we were told could be returned, the assistant manager Nathan was was a smart ass, condescending A-hole to us. After arguing this for a few minutes he stated that he is refusing to take the item back and smirked at us. My wife asked him to call the store manager and he refused with another smirk on his face. I told him that he doesn't know how to talk to customers and smirking at us isn't helping the situation. He said "I am going to keep smirking because y'all are crazy". I was absolutely shocked that someone in a customer service position would speak to us that way. After some more arguing we were leaving the store when we heard him say something we couldn't understand. When my wife asked what he said, his reply was "I didn't say anything. Maybe it was just the voices in your head." I called the district manager who promised me that Nathan would be disciplined, but he could not tell how or when that would happen. I know he cannot tell me something like that, but I thought I would try anyway. I finished my call with the district manager by saying "I expect Nathan to be fired for speaking to us that way. I think you would feel the same if you and your wife were treated the way we were. You can either have us and anyone we can influence as your customers, or you can have Nathan as your employee but you cannot have both."

My husband went to the Hixson store to buy a new Roku because ours was giving us trouble. Keion helped him, telling him the one we bought earlier should work. However my husband went ahead and purchased a new one "just in case". When our adult children got the one we originally purchased working, I returned the second one. Keion was very helpful and professional. I appreciate that he didn't try to push something on us in the first place.

Ordering was fine. Delivery..not so much...expect to have to be glued to your phone if you want something delivered. If you miss their call because they are at the wrong place, they give you a brief amount of time (15 minutes) before they refuse to deliver it. Pretty much told me oh, well. They give you a 3 hour delivery window. Guess you have to sit and look at your phone for 3 hours. Threatened to take my business elsewhere after THEIR mistake and was pretty much told so do it. They have zero control of their delivery people. Even more so since it is the holidays. I am so disappointed in this company. Zero attempts to make it correct or acknowledge a problem. Will never order from this company again.

I came to the Electronic Express store in Hixson looking for a commercial washer after researching brands and other stores online. Pat greeted me with a smile and asked if he could help. I shared what I was looking for, and he immediately said "Speed Queen" and led me to where they were. He gave me the rundown on the specs and differences of the available models in such a clear and succinct way, asked good questions to help me decide, and went to verify that the model I chose was in stock. He even came back and shared an additional detail about the model I didn't choose just to ensure that I was fully informed, and then reiterated that my decision, in his opinion, was the right one for my situation. He was kind, quick, personable, and very professional. Go see Pat in Hixson, TN for appliances. That's where I'll be headed if and when I need another one.
