My pick up experience was great and I thought everything was going smoothly until I returned the car at a different location. During pickup there was not a walk around to look at the vehicle, however, when I returned the car there was a walk around and a scrape was found on the car. We had only driven the car for two hours and we were not responsible for that but the employee would not listen and filed an incident report anyway. If the pick up location had taken the time to walk around the car with me we would have seen it and would have been documented. Now, I am having to go through disputing the claim and hopefully it will be resolved in my favor. Hertz and Avis do not do walk arounds and if there is a scrape on the car it is considered 'wear and tear' and no incident reports are filed. Just be aware when you rent from Enterprise to really look at the car before you drive off in it. Enterprise, be consistent. If you are going to do walk arounds then require it all locations so that customers do not get accused of damage they did not cause. Thank you!

from the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Chattanooga airport to the vehicle itself the KIA Forte , it was a fantastic experience. the service was fast and everyone treated me like i was family! I totally will use Enterprise again !!

Don't use their prepay gad option!!!! They charged me 40.00 for using a quarter of a tank of gas!!! Rip of!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced with Enterprise. This was not my first time renting with Enterprise, but it was my first time renting from this location. I booked online and everything was very straightforward. When we arrived to pick up the car, the person at the desk told my husband that we MUST have a major credit card or they would not be able to rent to us. We have a small bank credit card for emergencies that would not be enough to cover the deposit (which was not communicated that there would be one...). She told us we would need to check at another location. I called the number that shows up when you Google this location and got Enterprise's call center and they said that we could use either a credit OR debit card as long as it showed mine or my husband's name and that it would be verified with either of our driver licenses. I asked the rep on the phone several times if that was correct and if the rep at the desk could call them if she had any questions and he assured me that we were on the same page. We returned to the airport and I told the woman at the desk what I had been told on the phone, and that I had not been told in ANY communication up to that point that we had to have a credit card and she still refused to help us. I asked her to reach out to the call center to double check and she refused saying that the call center had the wrong information. I then saw a sign that they DO accept debit cards but only for round trip ticket holders. Great, that's fine...if that is communicated, but again it was not. She refused to help and said that they CAN take debit cards but that they would not unless I had a round trip ticket. I realize there a policies for a reason, and I don't like being THAT customer, but when there are conflicting pieces of information about a policy, that is not the customer's fault. This was the only way that we were going to be able to pick up my stepsons for Thanksgiving weekend and the person at the desk showed absolutely no empathy for a situation that could have been avoided by correcting the information that is sent to customers. I have been in customer service for more than a decade and these situations are where you either establish a good rapport with people or not. I was left sorely disappointed, without a car, and scrambling to find a way for my entire family to be together for what should have been a great, stress free weekend.

Picking up my vehicle was fast. Returning my vehicle was effecient. I do recommend Enterprise and looking forward using them again.

I was very happy with the service I got in Chattanooga, TN from Enterprise at the Metro. Airport. The staff I worked with were friendly and helpful. The car, a Nissan Altima, had a couple of small issues, but overall, I was pleased with my car rental service.

They cancelled my rental and left me stranded.I made a one-way reservation at least a week in advance and when I got to the desk they told me my new, one-month old driver license was fraudulent even though my license was legal and valid. I flew 2x using that license and TSA had no issues. I recently turned 25yrs old and renewed my license. WV recently changed their licenses and this place did not have a card reader that could read it.They then told me if I had a Costco Card then they could let me rent because apparently being a Costco member is enough to prove your identity more than a drivers license.To make it even better, since I did the pre-check they kept spamming my email and texts with they weren’t able to switch the driver to my passenger who was also 25yrs old. Also, since I was accused of being a fraud they wouldn’t let her rent a car by proxy.I’ll give you the same advice they gave me. Go to Hertz or another rental desk. Hertz had no issue giving me a rental and taking my ID.Don’t use Enterprise unless you plan on being stranded because you forgot 3 proofs of ID, a birth certificate, and 7 character references. Made a reservation, got four separate emails and a text that it was good to go, just to show up and be told they don’t have anything for us. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company that won’t lie to you.

We rented a Premium SUV for a long weekend family trip. Drove a few miles away and realized speakers didn’t work. Called Olivia at the Airport and she had us a new SUV waiting !! Things happen ,but customer service is the key to success ! Thank you Enterprise and thank you Olivia for the pride you put in your job … top tier !!
