Clean, convenient, staff was helpful and accessible. I chose CubeSmart because they had the best rate/location combo, but just a couple months after moving in, they gave me a month’s notice that they were raising my rate by more than 25%. I was fortunate to be able to leave the unit, but the large price hike so soon after signing up came across as scammy/taking advantage of customers who would otherwise have to go through the cost and effort of moving everything to a different facility.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is clean and climate-controlled. They also play overhead music that helps pass the time with move items in and out.
If you need a storage space, look here first.

*UPDATE (7/2025): I’m looking at downsizing to a smaller/cheaper unit and Jayme and Sandy have both been very kind and so helpful with this!! Jayme went above and beyond today to show me some different sized units and help me look at pricing, she was wonderful!
2022: I needed a storage unit very last minute and Mike was extremely helpful in finding me the right one! He showed me 3 different options so I could get an idea of size and location of the unit inside the building and he was very kind and a pleasure to talk to! The building was also very clean and felt secure.
