Okay, Hello everyone that's in a bind with moving. So I check out 3 storage places in the area, and the price list specials.So the 1st two were quite a jump in price. Cube Smart did add on insurance, you'll need it, if you don't have it. Just in case, who knows.Justin, at the 12th st facility, downtown Chattanooga, was taking care of me, great, informative and friendly man. We have lots in common, heritage, people, we've known, so small world.Cutting to the chase, my 10x10x8 ft. High unit was a total of $90.12 a month., others were $130.00 for a 10x9x8 high. Less space, more money.So, if you are in Downtown Chattanooga, go to cube smart, ask for Justin, and tell him Joseph from New York sent ya.Joseph Formi

This place is amazing. I got my reservation, got my lease agreement within the two hours, and got my code pretty fast. The staff here is so helpful, communicative and great at their job. Since I had my own lock, they were so helpful and took it off my lease when I came in and showed them and told them about my lock. I saved so much money with them! I will definitely be back! Thank you guys for amazing service. I always have good conversations with one of the workers here too! He’s amazing! Thank you guys so much! I definitely recommend.

Was able to find good deal, book the unit, and get into unit all within a cpl hours, and after office was closed. Huge relief! Very good instructions, clean, and as described.

Very clean and smelled clean. The elevators being over size for washer and dryer. The key paid was also never an issue and worked every time. I have no complaints at all.

Hailey was a doll and super knowledgeable!!! Great experience here, lovely amenities, carts for moving stuff in and out, and best of all, the cheapest out of all the storage units near me in downtown Chatt! Super quick and easy process- I recommend going into the office instead of doing the online rental agreement unless you’re completing the online agreement the SAME day you want your lease to start (lease starts on the day you begin & submit online application). Month to month rent is super convenient and perfect!

Great service! In this day and age it is hard to get good service, and rare to get great service. I am blown away by the excellent, personalized service I received from both the site manager and the sales 800 number! Thank you CubeSmart personnel at 824 E. 12th St in Chattanooga, TN!

The manager, Jill, was always willing to help in every way. Even though, it's in a bad part of town, it's very well lit, also police are always around. Very nice storage units
