Great experience from start to finish. The lady that greeted us upon arrival, and as we checked out was great! So sweet and helpful!
The girl that assisted with the eye exam was also very nice, and the doctor was clear and recommended some good eye drops. Thank y’all very much! I appreciate the professionalism of the entire staff.

Be aware that they do not have an optometrist! They used to. But now, if you book an appointment “with the optometrist,” go to the optometrist office under the sign that says “optometrist,” and go through the entire process INCLUDING THE EXAM, you still might not get a prescription. They only have an optometrist they can have a Zoom call with, but not who can actually look at your eyes or dilate them. My daughter needed a new prescription and we wasted an hour and a half thinking she’d get one, but instead, they told me she needs to go somewhere else since there’s no optometrist in the office. If they don’t have an optometrist physically present in the office, they should not advertise that they do.

I can never say enough nice things about this location and the staff. Kenzie was beyond helpful getting me situated with my eye appointment this afternoon. Iman is always professional and well-informed. I've been coming here for a long time and they never disappoint. The virtual eye appointment is a little odd. But it is better than having someone directly in my face. 5 stars isn't enough for this place.

Went to get prescription sunglasses. There were a few hiccups in the process, but two of the female associates were very apologetic and worked to fix the situation. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Took my kiddos to get an exam today and they were taken of by Carly and Kenzie. These two young women were so friendly, professional, and helpful! I wasn't thrilled that the actual optometrist consultation was via video. It seemed odd and impersonal, but Carly and Kenzie made up for that with their superb customer service. Thank you ladies!

I had a fantastic experience at Eyeglass World thanks to Connie! She went above and beyond to make sure I walked out seeing clearly and feeling confident. Her patience and professionalism were truly exceptional. She took the time to help me troubleshoot why my new lenses weren't quite right and made sure I ended up with the best solution for my vision.
Connie never rushed me, and she explained everything clearly and kindly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and knowledgeable. Connie made what could have been a frustrating situation feel easy and stress free.
If you want top-tier customer service and someone who will make sure your glasses are just right, ask for Connie. She’s the best!

i think they have good prices... hence the 2 stars... but really as an office team they are very inept. Gave me the wrong prescription... Iman the manager... was in so much denial about this. She easily could have verified it from the lens I brought in, but lo and behold when I went in to pick up the replacement glasses - the lens had been thrown away. A week earlier I got new glasses and was given my old lens. Everyone there was just shockingly unaccountable, full of denial.. etc. So i called the corporate office.. guess what? They were the same. So denial is their culture. Will definitely be seeking a new eye glass store. Plus they do virtual eye exams... no eye dr. on site. Very low class and unprofessional for sure!

I’m fairly new to the area, so when my husbands glasses needed to be repaired-Eye Glass World come up first on google and that’s where I went. A very friendly woman practically met me at the door. She said she could help me and had the repair done in no time. On top of their good service, there was no charge. Highly recommend!

went in the store today i read the reviews and heard good things about miles and called he answered the phone i talked to him then i went to the store some women came up wonting to help but i asked for miles i showed him the glasses i had got from another eye glass place in north shores he said he had never seen frames like that before long story short he hooked me up put me in a nice pair was out of there less than 30 min while he was getting my glasses ready we talked we both share the same things going on in the world i told him if i had a company i would hire him in but people like him make work places so much better keep the good work up and jesus keep blessing him
