They don’t let other employees know what is not sold there so I wasted my gas. Also they have roach bugs I seen some while I was there which means all there electronics and tvs have them in them because they like warm things that is disgusting and you will just bring roaches home with you if you buy from them!!! Very disappointing

I recently purchased a laptop. The person who helped me was Colette. She was very patient as we waited for the battery to charge so the laptop could boot. I was very pleased with the transaction and very happy with the service I received.

Amazing service! I bought a ps5 from there, works great and good price. The lovely people hooked it up and let me make sure it worked right in front of me! So if you’re looking for a ps5 that works great for a good price, stop by here. The workers were very funny and communicative made my day.

I absolutely loveeeee this pawn shop. They are like family to me. Anytime I come in, they stop at nothing to help and satisfy not just me but all of their customers. This is the only pawn shop I do business with and has been that way for years! I never leave unhappy or unsatisfied. Best pawn shop in all of CHATTANOOGA! Also sell great affordable merchandise. I always stop by to shop here before buying from big companies with overpriced goods.

I went in the other day looking for a good set of tools. It’s the first time buying some for myself for some home projects I need done. I was super nervous I would get something and it not be in the best shape or even super expensive. I went in and talked to Shagui and she gave me a great deal for more than what I originally went in looking for. She was so helpful and completely made my day.
