This is literally the bottom tier of all the Family Dollars in the country. The people that work there literally walk around and talk about home life when there is a line full of people. One person rings on the register and they don't ever bother to open up a new register. I'm so tired of coming here and the workers not caring about the customers. It's always an excuse about the register or whatever. It shouldn't be this difficult coming here and trying to get out of the store. Who is the Manager? Cause at this point I'm convinced that there isn't one. It's crazy to hear the employees talking about other ones taking naps on the clock. PLEASE do better and hire people that actually care.

They really need to teach the employees how to treat their customers! If you have a question, don't ask because you'll get a very rude response! If it wasn't for the few, very few, good employees that welcome and actually want to assist you, it would be one star!

This store has gotten progressively worse. The stock was all over the floor, few choices to purchase from for my cat and dog food. The girl at the check out was exceptionally rude. No human response to my hello just a blank stare which made me uncomfortable. She did not put my items into bags. I had to carry out my things with my hands full of stuff when she hurried me along. She then asked for the other co worker to hand her sanitizer which she sprayed after I left the counter. I will NEVER come back to this location. I’m not sure why she was rude but in my experience Customer Service doesn’t entail treating a customer with disrespect. Don’t waste your time with going to visit this store.

This store in is never open when supposed to be. The times need to be posted correctly. The employees close early when it's convenient for them.

Why does the store stay open they already closed the one on 23rd Street here in Chattanooga why not close this one to it says on the door that they open at 8:00 a.m it is 9:21 a.m and they are not open the man says give him 10 to 15 minutes and he will open are you serious you was just sitting in the car with your girlfriend/wife and you was suppose to be open now they have 4 cars out side their facility waiting to go inside this store needs to CLOSE they are nasty here too this doesn't make any since you have been open an hour and 24 minutes and your not open at the same time if you want a family dollar store to go to this isn't the one Family Dollar on Tennessee Ave in St. Elmo is the store to go to if you don't mind the drive. CLOSE THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well stocked. Wide variety to choose from. The only problem that I have with family dollar is that if you purchase an electronic, once you open the box, you cannot return the item. That makes no sense at all to me. What if it doesn't work? Then you are just stuck with it. In my opinion, that policy needs to be changed.

5:50pm Family Dollar store#01445 2101 E.3rd st chatt charged me $8 too much and I realized it before I got out of store and the girl with the pink hair counted it 3 times and said she dint remember what she counted and it had only been 60seconds didn't even get out of store and refused to correct it cause she was too busy texting while she rung me up and started cussing me forforrungupupherself cause she couldn't remember 60 seconds earlier, probably cause she was to busy text on her phone and then started cussing me cause she made a mistake. Corporate is going to get a ear full
