“I was greeted with lots of smiles and concern as to the purpose of my visit.Paperwork was pretty simple and easy to complete as this was my first visit.Got in pretty quickly to see the PA, who went into great detail about my issue.Very pleasant experience and I will visit again if I need urgent care.”

“Been going here for years. Some facets of Erlanger are a mess, but this is a tremendous practice. The front desk and medical staff are always super friendly. Wait time is minimal. The entire facility is clean and well-staffed. I've been assigned three different residents from highly respected medical schools who all eventually graduated and joined other quality practices. All were of the highest quality, extremely knowledgeable, never in a rush, and have wonderful dispositions. If I had a legit question to ask via eChart, all messaged me back within a business day.
After you see a resident, they have to discuss everything with their attending physician, so you basically get a second opinion from a longtime doctor at no additional cost.
If these young residents I've seen are indicative of the future of family medicine, society is in great hands.”
“I honestly wish I could give this office five stars because my physician, Ashley Masterson, is absolutely amazing and understanding. My only issue is whoever runs the front desk. She was very rude to me when I called in about my appointment. I even called to ask when my telehealth appointment would begin and she said "someone will call you" I waited 45 minutes and I called back only for her to tell me my appointment was in office. If she told me I was on schedule and someone would call me when I called the first time why would she be so rude and not understanding when I called back confused when my appointment wasn't online like she just told me it was. She even said "Oh after I looked I realized yours was in person" but no one ever called me back to update me on that even though I had just called and asked why my telehealth appointment hadn't happened yet. The communication is just not there.”
“Absolutely the best doctor and office our family has ever used. Dr Crouthers is the most caring, kind and knowledgeable doctor I've ever known. He takes complete interest in each patient working closely with their needs, medications and history. He will talk "with" you and not "to" you. Office staff is efficient and friendly!”
“We see Dr. Varela and have for the last 3 years. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I recommend her to anyone that will listen. She goes above and beyond for her patients, and you can tell she really loves her patients and her work. We have seen other pediatricians in their sick clinic and they have all been kind as well, but Dr. Varela is just the best of the best. I hope all of my girls are grown before she ever thinks about retiring!”
