This agency was fantastic. We’ve been trying for a couple years to Come back to Farmers. They have been honest with us the whole way. They made it very easy to transfer. The rate was fantastic. The people that helped us facilitate the transfer were great. every time I had a question, they took the time to answer completely. If I asked for something to be re-quoted, they had no problem going back to the drawing board and making sure that I was very satisfied. They found me discounts that really made a difference in my final-premium can’t thank them enough we are thrilled to be back with William Alas.

This review comes not from a client of Mr. Alas, but instead from someone involved in a minor fender bender with one of his clients. My insurance is through another local agent but I would have absolutely no problem doing business with Mr. Alas if I did not already have an agency that I feel comfortable with and trust. He was very courteous and professional but beyond that, he was very kind and seemed genuinely concerned. I realize insurance is a business but William just seemed to make it a little more than that. My thanks and well wishes to William and his agency success!
