They don't now what there doing in there I got a lady and she was really slow and messed up my address twice and she said she corrected it but still didn't correct rite , I got lucky that I had a familiar fed ex guy that drops stuff off and he new it was for me because of the stickers I had on there , if It wasn't for him I would have lost 2,000 worth of tools !!!

I just want to say that whoever the manager is at the Gun Barrel location in Chattanooga needs to be terminated! You left a new hire alone and she ruined my conference items! Her instructions from you were provided via text, that's not training. I was in the store for over an hour for a very simple print job, no other customers! She then sent me to the Brainerd Rd location to print a simple and cheap poster. Of course the rep at Brainerd bashed the new hire! However, he messed up the simple poster and tried to justify it! Just ruined my entire evening.
