I must say I was here about a week ago. RYAN HELPED ME EVERY STEP of the way. He was amazing. Today, however, the girl not helping me is making this trip far more stressful then it has to be. I can't complain, as I did get everything done.

I have been to many Fedex offices over the years but this by far is the best. I ship Internationally and they (others) always get it wrong!!! The were polite and knowledgeable and quick!! Fantastic!!!

Couldn't make it to the store, which makes it that much better. I emailed Melissa the info I needed printed & faxed to save my insurance, & she professionally & perfectly processed this request for me. Erin was very helpful in running the printers and scanning materials I needed onto my flashdrive. She explained each step and I feel confident I can return and do it myself. Michelle was helpful in mailing out a package and making sure it would get to the proper place at the proper time. She also went out of her way to explain things to me making me feel confident that my package will get there. (unlike the Post Office) Thank you to both Erin and Michelle for their customer service which definitely went the extra mile for me. I never felt stupid, rushed, or unvalued. Erin really had a time explaining the scanning and copying to me since I had never done that at FedEx before and with over 30 pages was concerned it would not work. So thank you both again.

I called and had to call back because of a machine. It will not allow you to speak to a person, instead it will keep asking the same question. My advice is if you have a package delivered to your home and it's not yours put it back outside and call them and let them know. It is not yours responsibility to care for it. Fed Ex made the mistake and should be held responsible. To this day those two packages are still in the same place. And it's been over a week ago. Think twice and make sure they have the right address.

This particular fedex location continues to far exceed my expectations with their customer service. I have been helped by Tonya, Michelle, and Ryan and they each have went above and beyond to help and did so with a smile on their face. They are some of the most pleasant and helpful people I have ever encountered when it comes to customer service. I started going here to print some pictures for my daughters first birthday and my most recent visit was for her 5th birthday invitations. I won't go anywhere else to print things.

Gave my package to someone else with a similar name. Always thought I could trust FedEx to be professional, but not this location. Rather than making an attempt to recover my item, just told me to file a claim.
