There delivery driver keeps ditching my packages at the wrong addresses. I've called their Veap Industry's 19 times now. They keep saying this will be addressed don't worry. And day after day I get photo proof of packages at other people's doors

My package has been here since 12/13 when it was supposed to be delivered. I called fed ex and was assured it would be here quick. The last two days it has been out for delivery and not delivered. When you say something to them they act like they can do whatever they want and you don’t matter. The tracking was changed to show the package taking 3 days to come from Nashville to Chattanooga. Thankfully I have screenshots of the original. I also have screen shots showing it has been out for 2 days and not even attempted to deliver.

Still waiting on a package can’t pick it up or anything. Says it’s at FedEx and that’s all she knows will be there when it gets there! Ups is so much better than this company

FedEx is the Worst Delivery Service. I choose Not to Use them, but some of the services I buy from use them and Everytime, they leave my packages outside the driveway, there is a vendor gate right beside the driveway gate which we have Requested Numerous times for them to use to bring to our porch. These are the Lazyest drivers I ever seen. Our UPS driver has actually picked up FedEx packages and brought them up to our porch with the UPS packages!! I have called and complained on every occasion and I have yet to receive a response from them. Do Not Use FedEx.

We enjoy using this Fed Ex Freight location. If it wasn’t for Josh Marcus helping us quickly and easily load our freight orders, we’d be in a messy situation each time. Josh Marcus even calls us to let us know when our pallets come in. Can’t recommend a better place to do business.

I ordered some Christmas gifts this past year and they were supposed to be delivered before Christmas. I received a call from FedEx the day before Christmas Eve letting me know they put my package on the wrong van and they wanted me to come pick it up instead. I had Covid and the drive was 30 minutes away so I declined. Then same order, different package was stuck in Kennesaw, GA for over a week and my gift wasn’t here in time for Christmas.

Every time I am forced to use FedEx, they do as little as possible. The packedge was delivered on time this go around, but the driver was lazy and decided to leave it in the open, instead of walking up the steps and either placing by the door. Or simply knocking on the door first to see if someone is there to accept the packedge. No other shipping company has an issue with knocking on the door, or simply walking up the steps to place the packedge by the door. No notification was sent that the box had arrived until several hours later when someone was on the premises at the time of drop off. Simply ridiculous.

I ordered a new generator from Costco. It weighs about 300 lbs so they shipped it fedex freight. My generator arrived when it was supposed to and was in really good condition. The driver was very nice and helpful. Very satisfied customer.

SUCKS! Fed-Ex has the worst customer service! Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered my package 3 days ago,said it was supposed to be 2 day shipping so rightfully so, i called target and they said that it had been sent to fed ex, so i called fed-ex for them to tell me my package had been LOST! Im absolutely furious i needed this package in time for school to start back, and still haven’t received it! Thanks alot fed ex! 0/10 experience! 0/5 stars!

Worst customer service I have ever received from a Freight Company. It took 7 phone calls to re-schedule a delivery.
