I sent out just a couple dozen packages and this place somehow lost two of them and the tracking never progressed beyond this facility. These were multi hundred dollar packages. I never, ever lose packages with USPS and UPS. What is this place's major malfunction? Are your employees stealing stuff? Or are they just completely incompetent?
There is no excuse for this. If there was an issue with the shipping information or anything else, the tracking would show that. I'm absolutely done with fed ex.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFS EVER . DONT GO TO THIS BRANCH . if only i can give Zero stars. the most rude staffs . he just keep on telling me to repeat the address and answering me sarcastically. please if you don't want hassle and dont wanna deal with rude people , dont go here. find another branch .

Fed Ex on Brainerd Rd. is the only location I use. The folks are great and very helpful.

really not a pleasurable experience going here recently. UPS makes things so much easier that I only use fedex when the prepaid shipping label makes me go here

These morons always leave the main road where my property is, which has clear numbers outside, and they drive up a side road, which IS NOT my address to deliver my packages... and they can not be educated otherwise because... "MUH GPS FROM FEDEX!"

I'm sure you do drug tests and background checks for drivers, maybe add reading comprehension to the test, the box clearly states "do not bend" on every side. Yet all I see are bends caused by pure incompetence. Don't tell me this doesn't happen often, I worked directly with the 3 main shipping services and FedEx drivers were the only ones to throw boxes 10+feet into trucks, it's unfortunate my shipper decided to use your service.
