The hours on the door of this location state that they are open 8AM to 7PM daily. They are not open those hours. Honestly, I can't really figure out their hours because I've been over a different times on 3 different days of the week and they're never open. Its not that hard to print a new hours sign, yall. You're a printing store.

We tried to get passport photos taken here and the representative said he could not take a photo of our child because “they lack the manpower”. It seems like he just didn’t want to do it. Our child is not difficult. He did not attempt to take a photo at all but instead suggested that we hire a professional photographer, which is in itself ridiculous.

I just left this FedEx Office location and had such a great experience. They had my order printed in less than 5 minutes after I submitted it online and the incredible employee who printed it for me threw in extra flyers to help find my lost cats for no extra charge. I wish I got his name before I left, but his kindness made me burst into tears as I was walking out the door 💖 He had long hair, double nose piercings, and stretched earlobes. Thanks again! You’re truly such a kind person and a great employee to your customers 😻

Of the last 5 shipments 4 were delivered down the block to other random addresses. I've called fedex I've spoken with about 8 representatives who all give me the runaround and say don't worry it won't happen again. I'm furious around $1,000 worth of lost packages and no answers. Please do contact me this is ridiculous

This isn't personal to Hixson FedEx except UPS Hixson is tons faster and friendlier than this particular visit at FEHixson. So, we have a box of shoes whose return label is FedEx. How dumb is that? Because FedEx won't allow shoeboxes to be shipped except within another box. Buy theirs or pack your own. I was disappointed to hear this bc my box was packed, taped and labeled and ready to go! So, I've contacted the large brand of shoe seller to let them know this and hopefully they will change to another form of shipping. Shoe boxes are very stable and also recycle. I see no reason to pack a box within a box. My bad for not reading their "policy" before attempting to ship. Also, heads up to anyone else returning shoes that the shoebox mat not be covered with paper either. NO. Shoe. BOXES. THANK YOU.
