Went here tonight around 6:55 to run off some copies. There was a lady at the counter being helped, so i stood in line patiently waiting. I was taken aback, and offended by the employee who was helping the lady then stops, to ask me if I was there to print something? I said yes. She then points me to the self printer and says, "I get off at 7, and nobody is going to be or need to be in the store in a minute." Thank you ma'am!! I will take my business up the street to the UPS store, where they're ALWAYS POLITE, and you can get off work on time!!

Jonathan in store # 0527 waited on me.I was worried because I had a complex international shipment with invoices and bills of gladdening.Jonathan knew all about it and handled the whole thing in a friendly and efficient process.Much better experience than with the "Brown truck guys".

I was overnighting critical medical records. Jordan was great...knowledgeably, confidently, professionally, and efficiently took care of packaging and handling my order. Couldn't have been smoother or easier! I rarely ship overnight. Cost was more than I expected but at 4:50pm there were still 3 options for overnight arrival (~ 8 or 10am or 4pm) with prices varying accordingly.

Came in needing to print a picture because I had previously ordered it from another company who completely messed it up. Megan worked with me and was incredibly helpful! She printed a sample for me and made sure the measurements where exactly what I needed, she even showed me the difference between the types of paper I could get... It was simple thing and probably just a normal day for her, but this picture is for an anniversary gift I'm working on and I really appreciate her help!!
