Needed to do a simple color print of a document from my email. What should have been an easy and painless task became a headache up the road at Office Depot. Fortunately, my MIL and I stopped in the FedEx store and Conner was quick to assist us with the little details that matter a lot and made a whole event turn back into the simple task it should have been all along. Definitely recommend this location for any printing or shipping needs! Conner is THE MAN but we witnessed every staff member assisting others while there!

I am so impressed with Sophia. She went over and beyond for my church programs. She stayed over extra hours to make sure the job got done. No complaints, no making me feel bad for inconveniencing her, I’m so grateful for her help!!! She needs a raise ASAP!!!

Have always had really good experiences with in person visits to this location. But after calling in one day to check if an order had been delivered there for pickup, the rep on the line was very rude and did not even tell me what her name was. She seemed very confused and did not want to help me out at all.

There are other options.A color print had to be done from a computer behind the counter due to the streaks the printer for the public was making. While at the counter I also purchased a card.The cashier keyed in exact change on my $3.69 purchase, but I had given her $5.69. She did not believe giving me $2.00 would keep her till correct. She ended up with a lot of change because I only had one single.Unfortunately, in this confusion she failed to put the print done behind the counter in the bag with the card and the rest of the copies.When I called today, they hung up twice without answering. Staples will be my new print place.

Always have to wait. There is no self service to drop an overnight envelope anymore.
