NEVER BUY GROHE.zero stars is what it really is.We bought a new faucet. Plumber installed and it leaked. They came back 2 more times to unistall/re-install and it still leaked. Come to find out it was something wrong with the internal, factory installed cartridge.Grohe sent the replacement cartridge, but not the hex key tool needed to install and replace it (we've already spent more having the plumber install this faucet than it is even worth). I was told to pick up the tool from a hardware store. Luckily for me, its a 32mm hex head and all the sets sold here in TN are standard sizes. Thanks for nothing grohe. Better yet, thank you for having me now search for a tool that I only need to fix your product - that came defective from you.This has been a miserable experience - from the leaking, to the customer service experience and all the while have my wife cursing me for not buying a #delta, #deltafaucet.That was the last grohe product we will ever purchase.

Came in to look at lights, me and my family, in our work clothes- because we are remodeling a house. The snobby, older women working up front stared me up and down the entire time, without asking if we needed help with an item. Unfortunate because you all absolutely lost a sale because of them. It really doesn’t take much to be nice to people. Make sure you look your sharpest with your big wallets if you want help at this location!

We used Ferguson Chattanooga on a recent home renovation project involving kitchen and three bathrooms. We had numerous instances of wrong appliance being ordered, appliance components necessary to operate not ordered, poor follow-up and communication, and generally a lack of attention to detail. I would not recommend this company.

One of the worst experiences with a company. Had to go through them because my builder used them. My rep didn’t take so when I called back to add something to my order he didn’t know what I was talking about. We sat there with him for an hour. What was he doing on his computer the whole time??? Then when tried to order he couldn’t get it. They lost a sell and we went thought Home Depot. They use the worst most incompetent people to do their installation. Our products were damaged upon installation and so not work. Not only are the products damaged they damaged our granite when they installed it. ITS STILL NOT FIXED. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. DO NOT USE!!!

I found this place via a quick google search for vanity lighting. The only negative experience was missing the turn off the highway to get there. The showroom was stunning. There are so many options to choose from and that isn’t limited to lighting. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. We found what we wanted and our salesperson said she could ship it direct to our house as we lived an hour away. It arrived next day. We all know in this day and age that’s a milestone. All in all it was a vey good experience.

Walked in and needed to find a fixture right away as the plumber was going to show up in an hour and I had no faucet. I was greeted right away, even though I didn't have an appointment. Kay worked with me and presented me with in stock options for faucets. I was able to drive around back for pick up - where they had it waiting for me. I love my beautiful new faucet and am super grateful for the quick and kind response I got from everyone there. :)

Over priced appliances that need repair more often than appliances from Lowes. Double oven came and both needed glass replaced before I even had a chance to use them because they were clouded on the inside. Built-in refrigerator LED lights went out 6months past warranty so Kitchaid sent someone out to replace them and now 4months later they are all out again. Spent thousands more because they claim to have superior appliances but they don't. Very disappointed in Ferguson.The first time the lights went out a salesman at Ferguson was helpful in getting someone out to replace them. This last time they went out (which was only 4months later) I went to the Ferguson showroom in person and talked to a salesman about my problem and he told me he couldn't help me and that I should just call the Kitchenaid customer number in owners manual. Poor customer service.

Horrible Customer Service. We purchased multiple high end appliances from them and when we called to simply order a replacement filter we were told to try Amazon, passed around more than 10 times, sent to voicemail and even given a number to another company that was out of business. When I asked to speak to a manager I was sent to an automated voice mail, left a message and no one ever bothered to call back.

Goodness!!! Watch their math. She tried to charge $23 in sales tax on a $44 balance ? And then rolled her eyes at me when I said “we need to get the math right”!!!
