Customer service is horrible ! I went to purchase a shoe that released on Saturday and the way the employee answered the phone and slammed it back down was ridiculous and unprofessional. I was also told that I couldn’t use my status points on the shoe because it was a retro release but luckily it dropped again on the app and I was able to use my points towards that purchase of the same shoe. So I will be returning the other one and won’t be shopping in this Finish Line anymore !

HORRIBLE customer service. Attitude from every worker. If you want a shoe, forget it. They go to the back and just stand there and say they can’t find the shoe. Also if your not black, forget it to 🥲

I usually enjoy shopping at Finishline but the workers here do not want to work. They were completely ignoring all the customers.

workers were ignoring me the entire time, ANDD when i bought my shoes i got home, opened the box and they were not the shoes i paid for.

I just can't believe how mean these people are that works at the place in the afternoon I mean how rude can you be?????I came back the next morning and the ones that work 1st shift was actually very polite I was greeted at the door and everything.
